✨Ya know what? I was so scared before starting my coaching gig that I almost didn't do it all!✨ I was scared of failing. I didn't believe in myself. My "mean girl" told me all of the terrible things I assumed my friends and family would think or say. 😞
I almost let what I thought everyone else would think keep me from chasing my dreams. I am so thankful that I pushed past all of these excuses and assumptions and took a leap of faith. 💟
Because I decided to choose faith over fear I have...
-Became stronger both mentally and physically 💆🏻♀️
-Gained more financial freedom 💵
-The ability to work when and where it works for me and my family 📱 -Formed valued relationships with other women that have similar values and goals as I do 👯♀️
-The privilege of helping others become happier and healthier ❤️ Can you imagine where I would be if I had let fear win? That thought scares me more than the thought of starting this did! 😂

So I started this keto Journey back in June and was weighing 235 lb at the time. With some dedication and disciplined enough to not eat all the donuts and bread I see, I've hit 190 lbs in 5 months. I feel better than I ever have in this life and don't plan on stopping soon. Not really a selfie person, REALLY not a almost-noodz of me on the interwebz, but dammit, I'm proud. Alright ya’ll it’s the 4th quarter! For some of you that doesn’t mean anything. Business owners know its make or break time. Football players know it’s the end. For me its that time of year where your schedule gets real busy. Its trick or treating, Thanksgiving, Christmas and every type of party and gathering in between.
Want to know what I hear the most as a coach???? I’ll worry about in next year. I will keep going at this rate and change in January. ANNNNDDD that is the problem. If you’ve already QUIT this year, you are making starting over in January that much more difficult when you start back at square 1 feeling defeated.
What if right now you decided to stop and get plugged in. What if you decided right now NOT to feel frustrated or dare I say defeated in January because you changed today.
The fourth quarter is where you win! The fourth quarter is were you dig in. The fourth quarter is where you find your fight. You can WIN this! You can START January one step ahead of where you were last year. You can breath easy on January 1 knowing you still had fun and still set yourself up for success.

Monday was magnificent and felt magical after a much needed rest day.
The fat killing and muscle shedding started with
21 Day Fix- Cardio with my workout buddy Melanie Coleman for our Motivational Movement Monday group. We were the only participants this week and we still got ours in! Great job coach Mel!
Next it line... it was the daily double with my main workout partner Lucretia Clark #coachLuccie
knocking down Body Beast- Bulk Back & LIIFT4- Chest/ Triceps 50/50.
3 workouts = 90 minutes and it was finished.
Due to my work load "Two Day Tuesday" didn't happen but I still named it😂. Was suppose to do H&C- Hammer Conditioning and LIIFT4- Back/Bi Circuit.
Now presently we gone call today "Wacky Wednesday" 🤪🤦🏽♂️

I smile alot. Generally when people expect for me to get pissed off or lose my temper. I dont. I just never know what's going on in someone elses life and if someone attacks me it's just bless and release. Smile and just keep doing my thing.
