I love this green smoothie recipe at the moment, inspired by @theguthealthkitchenellysia.
It's super alkalising & not sweet, so it always feels like a great reset. Try it out for a quick, simple, nutritious breakfast.
1 lebanese cucumber OR zucchini
Handful celery (including leaves)
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut yoghurt
2 wedges lime or lemon (peeled)
2 scoops collagen powder (optional)
1/2 cup filtered water
Blend on high speed for 1 minute & enjoy!
