Week 4, Day 2, Shaun T's T25, Total Body Circuit. Combined this workout with Max Insanity 30, Cardio (because why not try something I've never done, right?). I have no idea how I'm still ALIVE (literally).
I don't know how these Beachbody Gods and Goddesses do this and make it look so coordinated and easy.
I'm so glad I just take pictures and don't video myself, lol. What a cluster.
But then I realize, I'm still doing it, I'm still giving it my all, and my day one should not be compared to others day 30. Heck, my day one shouldn't even be compared to someone else's day one. We all have our strengths and we all have our weaknesses, but as long as we show up, do our best, and keep going, who cares!
