Talk about vision board coming to life—because my team has freaking ROCKED it this year, I was chosen to be a participant in the first TEST GROUP for our newest program!!! Y’all, this won’t be released until January but I, with a small hand-selected group of other TOP coaches in our company, get to test it out while it is still in production....and day 1 is TOMORROW!!! 😱🙌🏻
Yep, every day for the next 6 weeks I will be streaming the workout LIVE with our celebrity trainer and the rest of test group ! It’s only 20 minutes a day (this busy mama is pumped for that) but I have no doubt that @shaunt
is going to make us WORK!!!
While I’ve been sworn to secrecy (for real though, contracts have been signed!) until later this fall...you better believe I will be working hard behind the scenes to prep to coach YOU through this same program when it becomes available!! I will be opening up a VIP group in the next couple months to give everyone who is interested ALL the extra resources I have to help you succeed!!

Hey everyone! I have been asked by many of you to post some of my workouts that I personally do, so here is yesterday’s workout! Enjoy!
Saturday’s workout: Main Focus - Shoulders w/ upper body pump
Alternating Seated overhead press w/ barbell -40lbs
Barbell curl -40lbs
Alternating Seated overhead press w/ dumbbell -20lbs
Seated dumbbell curls -20lbs
Alternating Arnold press - 10lbs
Reverse grip dumbbell curls -10lbs
Alternating standing lat push down -cable machine -60lbs
Bent over Row -cable machine -60lbs
Smith Machine High Pulls - 45lbs
Smith machine -Reverse Grip- bent over rows - 45 lbs
25lbs hammer curls -until failure x3
10lb dumbbell curls -until failure x3
15lbs barbell front raise -until failure x3
I waiting 15 seconds between Reps (no longer!) and 30-45 seconds between circuits! All of this together took me 45 minutes. I ended with a 20 minute Sauna!! On the lighter weighted sets, I did higher reps with a very slow lowering phase -also known as “Negatives”. This is a GREAT way to add intensity into your workout, also improving your overall strength. On the higher weights I did a more explosive movement, still completely controlled with the core engaged to focus primarily on the targeted muscle group.
Friday was leg day - so I am sore!!!!! Today’s workout will be a very long and intense yoga session - this will continue to improve my strength, however with building muscle mass it is VERY important to continue to work on your flexibility. Yoga is incredible- I only wish it didn’t take me 5 years to realize how much yoga helps with my mental and physical state👍🏽 Happy weekend everyone! I do 😂 it’s just that once I find something I like I stick to it, and just make variations of it. I always try to include veggies, protein, healthy carbs and fruits. Today’s breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs topped with everything but the bagel @traderjoes

I thought “how can I get their attention?” Now that I have yours, I want to mention something. Just about every day I’m hearing “explanting aka removing breast Implants is a fad... a trend”. At first I ignored it because I thought it was just a couple people who thought this. This isn’t the case.
Why would a woman:
• go under anesthesia, risking her life
• want to be cut open on a table, scraped and cauterized
• want to and be ok with having scars on her breasts for the rest of her life
• spend $9-25K to fit in
• want to be left with smaller, possibly deformed and flat breasts BECAUSE ITS A TREND, A FAD, A COOL THING DO DO?
Most of us liked our big boobs... but they were poisoning us! If you don’t have implants, if you have implants but you aren’t sick (thank your god) and/or if you have a penis and you think this is a trend... please, don’t disrespect those who got a breast explant - you’re going to look stupid.
You have NO idea the emotional rollercoaster we go through worrying about our health, how we’re going to pay for the surgery (I know SO many women who are very sick and can’t afford their surgery - it’s so heartbreaking), what we’re going to look like without our fake boobs, if our husband will still love us, what if we die in surgery, if it’s the implants even making us sick at all but being SO desperate to feel better that we feel like it’s what we have to do because tens of thousands of other women explanting and got better.
If you think it’s a trend... keep it to yourself. You can think and believe what you want. Just don’t put down, argue with or disrespect those of us who explanted or are going to explant because we were/are sick. 🤐 #ItHadToBeSaid

You may not always want to go for that run, or workout, BUT it has to be done.. NO ONE else is going to push you to do it. It is YOU vs YOU... You don't need to be extreme just stay consistent.

Today was one of those days that just drains you. Lost count on how many times I was told “I’m not talking to you” and“I don’t love you”. Just one punch after another but at the end of the night as he curled up in my arms he whispered “I love you” and he puckered his lips for a kiss. Raising kids is the hardest job in the world and there are some days I just want to quit but when your day ends with an I love you and a kiss you know it’s all going to be ok and you can do it all again tomorrow. Good night moms and dads and best of luck tomorrow! Stay strong!

And it's a wrap. First in Grand and third in Masters. Long day, long story haha, but another amazing experience in the books. Was great seeing old friends, spending time with the team n meeting new people.
I came in lean and tight, loving every minute in the beautiful suit. Some challenges throughout the day, but overall ended well. Was a rough, quick prep. BUT, and this is crucial, what you put in you get out! It definitely showed on stage, even if I wasn't able to see it daily.
Most weeks I hit it 7 days a week and worked harder on my plans then I ever have in my life. And it paid off.
