I NEVER had surgery or any procedures. No fat transfer , no implants , no skin removal, no liposuction, no tummy tuck , no gastric bypass surgery ! Just hard work in the gym , the good food and patience. . 🍑How many time per week I work on my legs/ booty ? . 3 times / week I mix my workout with heavy lifting / low reps & high reps with light weight. Although building muscles required to be in calories surplus . I was able to notice change in my booty even if I was in deficit . When I started to be in calories surplus it started to grow faster. - 🍑 Do lifting weights make your butt hard ? . 😂 Many women asked me this question tbh weightlifting will make your butt firmer, rounder, bigger but it still jiggles and it’s still soft 🤗😉 - #regrann

We tell ourselves that so damn much nowadays, that we actually believe we have zero time. I know because I was that person! In reality, my priorities were out of whack. . We work, take the kids where they need to be, eat, sleep, maybe work a second job- life is crazy. It's easy to look at a to-do list and not want to take on anything else. But here is my question. When it comes to your priorities- are YOU there? 😍 . I’m willing to bet you can find 30 minutes in your schedule to workout, 15 minutes to take a bath and read, 20 minutes to take a walk. Yeah, you may get up a little earlier or stay up late-- but you’re doing something for YOU. You’ll never regret that, mama. . I’ll be 40 this year and I’m here to tell you there is no perfect time & life doesn't get any less crazy. There will always be something you have to do, places you have to be, someone that's counting on you. . But girlfriend, ya gotta stop putting everyone's needs before your own. Put your oxygen mask on FIRST. That’s the only way you can give your best to those around you. . My challenge to you: When someone asks you how you are, instead of "busy"— try saying: “Amazing!!”

I signed up for my first gym membership a few days before that first picture was taken and have gone consistently (4-5 days per week) since then. Consistency is 🔑. You don’t have to do anything crazy in the gym as long as you eat well and stay consistent. If I can do it, you can too!! 💜 . If you continue to "wish" instead of DO, you will remain in the same place. . Most of the time we decide not to DO anything because we are scared so we come up with a million excuses as to why we shouldn't or can't. It's money, time, kids, spouse, life, the weather, the list goes on. . That gym membership you have that you aren't using (or only going a few times a month) is costing you WAY more than any of my programs will ever cost you. Add up that junk food and fast food you are eating too... Again adds up!! . Time? Oh I have workouts that are 20-25mins... P.S. stop trying to find tiime and MAKE time. Schedule it like an appointment or a job that you can't miss. . Kids? Seriously.... Kids should NEVER be your excuse as to why you can't, they should be your REASON because they NEED you. Sitting on a couch watching TV does nothing for them, seeing you workout and crush your goals will INSPIRE them! . Spouse? Fuck em! If they have an issue with you taking care of YOU then that's pure BS! They should be encouraging it!! . Life? It will always get in the way! Never a perfect time. Taking care of you will help you not only physically but MENTALLY too. . If I kept making a million excuses like the old Ciara did, I wouldn't be where I am today..the old Ciara finally realized change needed to happen and I am PROOF that you CAN ditch the excuses and it IS possible. . How bad do you want to feel comfortable and confident in your skin? Sure you have to put in the work but it's way better than feeling like crap... . The time is now! It's time to take care of you! If we just let go and accept what is happening, what has happened and just believe that what will be will be we will find so much happiness. . I haven’t worked out for a few days and before I’d beat myself up for it. Today I realize that it’s okay. There were reasons I was to “take a break”. And with that extra rest I was able to push harder today. I was able to make today’s workout worth so much more because of it. . Just let go and believe that where you’re at is exactly where you’re supposed to be.
Eating foods with nutritional value is a way of loving your body. Being healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. I try to keep it simple and stick to the basics. Dinner tonight legit took 10 minutes. I threw a steamer bag of broccoli in the microwave and cooked up some turkey sausage aka I boiled some water and let the sausage simmer for 10 minutes. My 2 year old picked the broccoli, so I’ll chalk that up as a mom win as well. Tell me again how eating healthy is complicated and expensive 🤔 if this busy single mom on a tight budget can do it, you can do it 👌🏼

The longer you take to start, the longer it will take for you to see the results. After my first baby, I spent so much time researching quick fixes (and wearing my husbands shirts to cover up) trying to avoid having to put in the hard work to get the baby weight off, just making my results take that much longer. . ✖️ Deep down you know the truth. The truth is that if you gave it 100%, you KNOW that you can do it. The truth is that it’s all up to YOU⚡️ ✖️ Trust me when I say that if I can do it, so can you. Hard work and the conscious decision to make the changes is all it takes. And you know damn well I’m available to help you if you need it! Just keep in mind, THE TIME WILL PASS ANYWAY, why not dedicate 2% of your day to feeling your best?! Always here when you’re ready 🖤
I hate to admit, I used to look at exercise in a more aesthetic way. Now it’s all about nurturing myself. I always feel better on the other side of a workout…you? . 1️⃣ I workout 4 times a week. I love squeezing in a walk the other days, especially with fall weather. 🍂Starting October 1st I will be working out for 30 days straight…just 10-25 minutes a day…join me for 30 DAYS OF YOU (and no you don’t have to workout 30 days straight, the goal is to nurture yourself with a smidge of something everyday!) 2️⃣ I love candy corn. But usually I’d take chips n’ dip over anything. 3️⃣ I love exercise, it’s the nutrition that gets me sometimes [see #2 ] 4️⃣ I turn into a pumpkin 🎃 at 9pm. In this phase of life I’m starting to realize it’s near impossible to get 3 kids sports, dinner, homework, showered, bible devoed and in bed so I can continue to turn into a pumpkin at 9. But I also wouldn’t have it any other way! 5️⃣ I started to enjoy cooking about a year ago, and now I have 5 staples I make every week (peanut butter balls, smoothie packs, ranch dip, chocolate Muffins, banana cinnamon cakes). It all started with those Eggo waffles! I was tired of sending my kids out the breakfast door with ingredients I couldn’t read. And man o’ man are those banana cakes scrumptious! 🍌🥞 . I’m a perfectionist too. I want it all figured out before I take the leap. But sometimes, actually every time, all it takes is one small step forward to propel you into massive purpose, passion & joy! . Start living. Work-from-home mamas, do you struggle with the work/home/kids/life/family balance? I. So. Do. . I've worked from home for many many years so you'd think I'd have this whole thing nailed, but I simply do not. There are days I know I stink and others I feel like I'm killing it only to be told by my kids that I work to much. Ugh. . I'm trying to run a company while keeping the earth on it's axis. It's not easy. My solution in this season? A coffee shop for some of my focussed work time that I just have to be uninterrupted. . I struggle with them needing me during the day #homeschooler and my face being buried in my computer. So I'm going to try this out and see how it works. . I'll still be working from home, but the work that requires hyper focus will be going down in my local coffee shop. . At least that's the goal. Today I managed to do interval jogging 🙌 A step closer to getting back to where I was 😀 Then it was yoga, plyometrics and handstand practice that included a lot of wall play 😆 It was only the beginning of this year that my fear of handstands (and falling) prevented me from doing this. But now 😲 I love❤ handstand practice. Bit by bit I've progressed and now feel comfortable to flip up the wall 😀 The fear is gone which means I can now concentrate on technique 😎 . You can do ANYTHING if you put your mind to it. Face your fear, look it in the eyes and tell it "I can do this!". . 8 weeks of work. 7 pounds and 10.5 inches lost. My clothes fit better, I have more muscle definition, I’m healthier, and of course happier. _ _ Results do not happen overnight. There is no magic pill. It takes hard work and dedication. But guess what? You don’t have to be miserable while you do it, you don’t have to go to the gym for an hour or more each day, and you don’t have to completely restrict foods or drinks. _ _ You can set your own schedule because you come first and lord knows we are all too busy in our day to day lives. 4 days a week/3 rest days. Sometimes I just can’t shake her off 🤣🤪⁣ ⁣ In this very moment captured here, the thought popped into my head that this is EXACTLY how much weight I was carrying around post-baby (Ellie). This child, who now weighs a little over 30 pounds, represents the amount of weight I had to lose after she was born. 😳⁣ ⁣ (And no, I didn’t only gain 30 lbs with her... it was a lot more than that! But once the dust settled, so to speak, I had 30 to lose.)⁣ ⁣ So when I was doing planks after she was born, this is the amount of weight I was holding up. Man! I could barely do it today!!! Had to drop to my knees after about 20 seconds!!!⁣ ⁣ Being overweight is HARD. It’s hard on your joints, hard on your heart, hard on your lungs, and especially hard on your mind and confidence.⁣ ⁣ But... Working out and eating right is hard, too. I mean, if it was easy, everyone would do it, right? 🤷🏼‍♀️ It certainly does get easier with practice, but it’s NOT easy to make a big life change.⁣ ⁣ I don’t know... I just think that I’d rather have hard for 30 minutes, 4 times a week, and 3 meals a day than hard 24/7 because I’m overweight and unhappy. ⁣ ⁣ Life is good, but it’s not easy. Thankfully in this arena, you can actually CHOOSE your hard!

Shrimp 🍤, rice 🍚 & veggies 🍅. . . This dinner was so simple. And my kids actually liked it too! I made them hotdogs, but they wanted what i was having( that rarely happens🙌🏻). For the shrimp: i used deveined, tail off. In a pan, spray no calorie cooking spray, 2 tsp Garlic, chili lime seasoning, tamari( gluten free soy sauce & lower sodium). Cook 5-10 min. 30 shrimp was 40 grams of protein. . Asparagus: I used fresh and sprayed with cooking spray and everything but bagel seasoning. The rice is just the seeds of change brand( warm up in microwave). 1/4 C. I hit 2 PRs this week 😀. Here’s the video of my benching PR. 100 pounds for 3x3. I benched 100 before getting pregnant but it was only rep and the form wasn’t awesome and it didn’t feel smooth. This felt SO good and smooth. I feel so confident and can’t definitely feel the difference in my lift. I don’t even test for one rep max but the calculators tell me that would be 106.
