Keeping it real with everyone ! Regarding snacks, balance and moderation. Truth be told, everyone has there little go too foods, comfort foods that we all like to indulge in from time to time.
So I love posting all my foods that I prep, cook and consume, and I’ll also include my little sweet little treats as well.
So here’s another one of my faves that I like to treat myself to, Mike and Ike’s chewy fruit candy.
I’m not a big chocolate 🍫 eater, or candy or sweet eater at all, but when I hear that whisper in my 👂 ear, or have a craving I have no problems enjoying these.
Of course, I get sugar cravings or salt cravings, and when I do, I consume them in moderation. Not every day, all day, or in huge quantities, and maybe I will eat the whole box of whatever if I feel the need.
I don’t go all out on a 10 day binge, I eat my snack, I’m satisfied, and I get back on track and everyone’s happy 😃.
I will never give up my happy little treats, life is meant to be enjoyed, and that means enjoying the foods you love 💕 in moderation. I’m human, plus it is a major deterrent from binging on foods or snacks because your depriving yourself of them 💯 percent.
Speaking for myself, it works well for me to have a little of this and that, and my waistline stays in tact. I’m not going to wake up the next morning 15 lbs up from having a snack from time to time and neither are you.
