Went to the gym again yesterday to hit some boobies. I've only been hitting a little weight at a time when it comes to my upper body since my strength isn't where it use to be. I'm working on it though and that's all I can do.
I hit some flat bench dumbbell press with incline dumbbell press, flyes, and tried to do 2 sets of pushups to failure. I even incorporated some tricep exercises to get these little twigs back to size.
My chest and triceps are waxed and taxed. I definitely worked my ass off for this pump and I'm excited to be back in the gym a little more consistently, and I'm even more excited for the progress I'm about to make.
Strive for progression; not perfection. Stay strong, stay fit, and stay healthy.

Smashed this, all accounted for at the start of my day so I can plan my meals around the higher kcal intake.

My 37th birthday is exactly 4 weeks away!!!!! Say what??? 🤗🤗
I said I wanted to turn 37 in the best shape of my life, and that does not mean looking a certain way, which was pretty much my main goal all my life- I was never skinny enough (never!).... - So I have learned that being in good shape means being well nourished, living with less stress, smiling more, accomplishing goals, being the person you always dreamed to be... Being in good shape goes beyond the physical appearance, in fact, the way you look will be determined by the way you feel... You feel good, you look good (regardless of weight, measurements and body types).
I said I wanted to stop counting calories, measuring my food, working out for more than an hour at the gym, because all those things were only creating restrictions and stress which were against my goal to begin with... So on July 16th I started this 2 month program which was perfect because I would be done by my birthday (Sep 14t) and now that I'm finishing week 5 I must say it works! .
I feel good, I feel in the best shape of my life and I still have 3 more weeks to go to improve whatever needs to be improved... 🙌🏻 I am simply loving being 36 going on 37!!!! 💕

Lidt mere shopping i dag i det kæmpe center, jeg krydser fingre for solbadning og aftenbadning minimum 2 af dagene, ud og opleve omgivelserne og en tur i tivoli😍
Vi ville vildt gerne have været en tur i den lyserøde sø (eller den blå eller grønne) men det er åbenbart ikke bare lige til, man skal selv køre i bil og man skal kende den rigtige indgang, ellers får man en både for at være der😣 Så jeg håber Mille vil med i poolen når hun kommer hjem, inden vi skal med bussen ud til centeret🙏🌊🌞😍🇪🇸
