Summer Sprint Challenge. Committed to giving what i owe to myself is a healthier, happier version of myself, a complete 360 mindset. Throughout every single video i posted or didn’t post up on social media i have dealt with my lower back injury throughout this entire 8 week challenge, like I’m talking about not being able to make my first step out of the gym late at night when I completed a workout, in the back of my mind I thought to myself and cried out God like “why me !?! WHY AGAIN !?!! “ these types of injuries are NO JOKE !!!! And I told myself “ no !! “ This wasn’t going to hold me back anymore. I fought long and hard to not let this lower back injury get the best of my life. This journey of mine has been intensely challenging, incredible, most scariest thing I have put myself through. I placed every single workout harder and harder upon myself, weather it was by adding more weights or an extra hour to the two that I had for the day. I push myself beyond my own expectations that I thought I had. I have lost 40 pounds by consistently hitting up the gym or the basketball court 7 days a week weather going early morning or late at night, and by completely changing my diet. I am really proud of myself and how I have come so far but like I have said so many times I’m just getting started & not ending my love for fitness here. I want to truly thank God for allowing me to started up my fitness journey again and stay on track, Hannah @fullnfitnyc
