Went to bed too late last night and regretted that when the alarm went off at 0615. Soon got into the swing of things though. Enjoying seeing now-familiar faces and having a brief natter. Some banging tunes too; makes all the difference.
I'm having to adapt some of the workouts at #dawnbreakers
because I can't put much weight on a bent foot. So things like press ups and and planks are done on one foot, and I do jumping jacks or such like instead of burpees. It's frustrating but my slow surgery recovery isn't going to stop me from doing what I can.
Today's challenge song was heinous. Hand release push ups (although preferable to yesterday's Russian Kicks). And I managed to get into the croc position (but couldn't bounce, yet) for the upper body section. Again, both on one leg. Have those punchbags some welly today 🥊
