Back to early morning workouts = messy hair, dark circles, puffy face and shit lighting pics because it’s so dark outside 😩 I started out doing lower body from yesterday but I had to stop as my knees were really hurting but I got on and did some other bits so I at least got a sweat on anyway. I’ve seen a few people talking about motivation, how does everyone do it etc. This is something I’ve struggled with a lot and even at the mo I’m not pushing myself, more like just moving and reminding myself of the benefits. This mornings breakfast is carrot cake overnight oats🥕 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 100g @mornflake oats 1 carrot - grated 200ml @alpro almond milk 2 tbsp of @lovemyphilly cream cheese A few drops vanilla flavouring or a scoop of vanilla protein 1 tsp cinnamon Handful of raisins 2 tbsp of Greek yoghurt 1 tbsp chia seeds ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix together and put in a sealed container overnight. Antes pensaba que me “consentía” a mi misma comiendo lo que me gustaba (pizza, galletas, helado, etc). Ahora me doy cuenta de lo equivocada que estaba, porque la verdadera forma de consentirme es haciendo cosas que me hagan sentir bien a largo plazo y no a corto. Aprendí que puedo consentirme haciendo ejercicio , comiendo saludable ( qué no significa dejar de comer lo que me gusta, sino aprender a comer) y comenzando a aceptar mi cuerpo tal y como es.
