So this was my home HIIT workout I did yesterday and it was a killer! Every Minute On the Minute for 42 mins - X15 Squat Bicycle Twists X15 RB Shoulder Pull X30 secs Plank Up Downs X15 RB Shoulder Press X12 Burpees X40 secs Bicycle Twists (not shown) X15 Pushups -Will Complete 6 rounds. Gestern habe ich wieder mal ein live Video gemacht. Anfangs fühlte es sich doch komisch an den Kopf zu drücken, soll ich soll ich nicht, hmmm ich musste aber, weil Carmen auf der anderen Seite schon gewartet hat, da wir einen 2er Call machen wollten. Ja, es hat leider nicht funktioniert. 😌 Aber wenn der Plan eben nicht funktioniert, muss man ihn ändern. Spontan, hab ich es alleine gemacht, aber war echt sehr lustig. Ich kann ja sehr gut über mich selber lachen und das macht das ganze noch ein bisschen leichter🤭 Eines kann ich euch aber sagen, das wird von Mal zu Mal besser und entspannter. Wenn ich alles so Revue passieren lassen und ich daran denke mit 0 Follower rund 300 FB Freuden gestartet habe vor ca 2 Jahren und jetzt🙌🏻 7000 Insagram und ü2000 auf Facebook ist einfach der Hammer. #tbt to my sofa workout!✨ - My aim is to try and show you how easy it is to exercise - no need for a gym membership, tonnes of space or expensive equipment - just you, your body and today.... a sofa! - ✨My main message for exercising is it to do something you enjoy and to try to fit it in to your daily life without it being too much of an effort✨ - For me, working out at home is exactly how I can do this. Got my a*** totally handed to me today! This mornings workout was full on! BUT I didn’t give up, I did the full 20 mins (ok I paused it twice to get my breath back) but I’m totally killing it! 💪 . Shaun T had got to be one of the most motivating trainers ever! It doesn’t matter that he’s on screen, it’s like he’s right there in the room with you, knows exactly what you are thinking and can totally get into your head and give you the mindset to push yourself further than you would believe! . Well guess what. EVERYBODY is busy, you are not busier than the person that makes it to the gym 5x a week or the working mum who finds 3 30 minute gaps in her week to train at home. The difference is the people who are exercising want it more than the people making excuses! I’m sorry but it’s true. I have clients in high powered jobs working all the hours god sends on top of being a mum and a wife, doing the housework and making it to the extra curricular groups their children do and they still find between 30 minutes to 3 hours a week to come and see me and train their backsides off. - - Listen I’m not here to tell you it’s easy. Weight loss, toning, gaining muscle is NOT EASY. If it was we would all be in shape but it is possible for everyone. You’ve got to want it enough! If you wake up each morning avoiding the mirror, dreading having to go clothes shopping, feeling bad you didn’t stick to the juice plus diet why aren’t you not doing something about it? Workout diary on Jan 24th. It is my first time to try channel @workout_hotel. The whole work out routine was so powerful and energetic, her voice is encouraging as well. I had been watching and following Blogilates and the channel of Rebecca Louise when I just started home work out. I am happy that at I found another good channel. Day 23- ⁣ ⁣ Today, Penny got to hang out with Grannie Annie this morning while @shananiganreid was at work. ⁣ ⁣ Penny is rocking out at tummy time. And, she’s really cranked up production of drool. She’s an all-star drooler at this point. ⁣ ⁣ @shanstandsup and I were able to get in a workout together. Hank and Olive joined us, and we watched and listened to Penny on her monitor as she snoozed. Olive was really nervous about the goings on, but she stuck close to Shannon, and we all made it through safely thanks to her watchful eye. Hank really doesn’t like it when we say Olive’s name, because Hank owns all human interaction, and unless he sanctions it, all direct communication with other dogs is forbidden. As we get our house in order, literally, it’s nice to have the dogs around more. They’re family, and I know that all of the transitions have been difficult on them. ⁣ ⁣ Today, Shannon did her own thing, and I did 5 circuits of: ⁣ - Answers with Front Raises (1 minute)⁣ - Donkey Kicks (1 minute per leg)⁣ ⁣ No rests, 15 minutes. ⁣ ⁣ It’s Wednesday, so today is CAVE DAY! Guten Morgen Ihr Lieben! 😊 ☘ Zum #throwbackthursday habe ich dieses Foto für Euch. Das zeigt das kleine runde Mädchen, Ela mit knapp 10 Jahren. Gerade nach Deutschland gekommen. Und wie Ihr seht, kämpfe ich wirklich schon immer mit meinem Gewicht. Mal mit mehr, mal mit weniger Erfolg. Immer wieder kamen etliche Kilos dazu. Der berühmte Jojo-effekt. Falsche Ansätze, falsche Ernährung, schnelle Abnahmen.... . Führte dann zu einem Höchstgewicht von 135 kg bei einer Größe von 162 cm eine gewaltige Masse!! . Den nun erfolgreichsten Ansatz in meiner Abnehm-Historie ist Kaloriendefizit und Training, Disziplin und Geduld!! . Egal wie lange es dauert, es soll von Dauer sein und nachhaltig sein für den Rest meines Lebens! Kein Bock mehr, auf andere "Spielchen". Das habe ich alles durch und nichts half! .
