So today marks the end of Week 1 on the @hardtokill_fitness Tactical Monster Program. Very happy as gained 3kg this week going from 90.2kg to 93.2kg. Can’t believe the numbers but they’re there. Achieved with consistent training (6/7 days) and lots of eating. Известно, что движение лицевых мышц напрямую связано с эмоциями человека. Ещё в начале прошлого века русский ученый Иван Сикорский составил классификацию лицевых экспрессий: мышцы вокруг глаз отвечают за выражение умственных явлений, мышцы вокруг рта – за экспрессию актов воли, а чувства выражают все мышцы лица. В 2011 году ученым удалось открыть, что мимика человека возникает задолго до его рождения. Ещё во время внутриутробного периода ребенок уже способен двигать лицевыми мышцами, улыбаться, удивленно поднимать брови или хмуриться. Лицевые мышцы составляют 25% от общего числа мышц, во время улыбки задействованы 17 групп мышц, во время гнева или плача - 43. Один из лучших способов сохранения гладкой кожи на лице - поцелуи. При них работает от 29 до 34 мышечных групп. ⠀  Мышцы и гены, кстати вы что-то знали об этом??? Поразительно, но тренировка мышц оказывает воздействие не только на самого человека, но и на его гены. В них происходят модификации, которые в дальнейшем помогают мышечным волокнам быть готовыми к новым нагрузкам. Для того, чтобы это доказать или опровергнуть ученые из Университета Орхуса набрали фокусную группу из 20 добровольцев и провели с ними 20-минутную аэробную нагрузку на велотренажере. После исследования у испытуемых была взята биопсия квадрицепсов, чтобы посмотреть, как изменились в их клетках гены. Оказалось, что физическая нагрузка активизирует гены, относящиеся к мышцам. Это объясняется тем, что клетки сохраняют ДНК с помощью метиловых групп. Если их удалить, информация гена превращается в энзимы и протеины, которые необходимы для сжигания калорий, набора мышечной массы и потребления кислорода. После проведенного эксперимента у всех участников исследования количество метиловых групп сократилось - то есть мышцы адаптировались к повышению метаболизма. . .
