⁉️Want to Get Lean Follow the steps below - 👉🏻Tag a friend below! - Whether you are a guy or a girl, the principles for getting lean are all the same. - First and foremost you need to be in a slight caloric deficit. Too big of a deficit too quick can actually do more harm and slow your metabolism. Make sure to fuel ⛽️ your body correctly. - When it comes to workout out, your best option is to focus on heavy compound movements. I always do these first. They will be your most bang for the buck. - I then follow this with a hiit workout. Again incorporating weights and compound movements. If you are limited on time your best option is to just do this style workout to shred the most fat. Stay away from light weights and long cardio. 💥Those will not get you the results you’re looking for.

Chicken quesadilla. When you don't want to cook and just want to eat something nice. Used kirkland premium canned chicken breast. Threw away the water, then heated in a pan with some cholula and ancho/honey/citrus seasoning. No salt, enough in the chicken as it is. Then added some cheese. Threw in griddle to toast the tortilla a bit. 635 calories, over estimating for a bit. Very filling, quick and good. You can probably cut on more calories. I used normal tortilla and normal cheese. Champignon-Seidentofu-Pfanne Ich hab irgendwann mal bei @sams_delicious_life ein Rezept für veganes Zürcher Geschnetzeltes gesehen wo Seidentofu quasi der Ersatz für die Sahnesauce war. Seitdem wollte ich das eigentlich ausprobieren, hab's aber irgendwie nie auf die Reihe bekommen. Bis letzten Donnerstag. Es war aber so gut, dass ich es heute einfach gleich nochmal gemacht habe 😂 Letztendlich ist es zwar einfach nur eine Champignon-Pfanne (also ohne Geschnetzeltes) geworden, aber das braucht es aus meiner Sicht nichtmal. Schmeckt nämlich auch so meeega und der Seidentofu als Sauce ist echt unnormal gut 😍 Also danke nochmal für die Idee 🙈 Außerdem ist es einfach mega kalorienarm für das Volumen (hat fast nicht alles auf den Teller gepasst 😂) aber hat trotzdem echt viel Protein, was ja bei einer veganen Ernährung manchmal ein bisschen schwierig sein kann... Zutaten: ⚫600g Champignons ⚫100g Zwiebeln, gewürfelt ⚫400g Seidentofu ⚫1 TL Knoblauch ⚫Salz & Pfeffer 1. Champignons putzen und halbieren. 2. Zwiebeln in eine Pfanne geben und anbraten. 3. Champignons ebenfalls in die Pfanne geben und 5-10min weiter braten. 4. Seidentofu, Knoblauch, Salz und Pfeffer zusammen pürieren und zum Schluss über die Champignons geben. Kurz erhitzen und servieren. Back home and back on it! Breakfast today was scrambled eggs cooked in butter, topped with Gouda cheese and a side of cherry tomatoes. Dinner was a guacamole burger (hold the bun).
Protein Garnola made from lentils, too simple and good to be true 🍓✌🏻 . I haven’t found any good granola to a decent price, without oats, grains and with a good amount of protein- then I have to make one myself✌🏻 Mine is so good it taste like crumbeled cookies, contain LOADS of protein, is vegan, grainfree and AWSOME🌱🍓 . 1. I soak 500 g black lentils for 12h 2. Then I mix 300 g fresh, juicy dates with some coconut oil and apple sauce to a ”caramel cream” 3. Add the lentils to the mixer with 2 -3 dl sunwarrior protein blend from @battrehalsa , and some vaniljs whey if you like 4. Pour the mix to a baking tray, add some more chopped dates and band in hot oven at 150 degrees 5. After 20 min, take out and crumble 6. When it’s crispy I also added freeze dried strawberries and rossted beans from @edgyveggie_scandinavia NOMNOM🤩🍓👅

CARDIO By @iqphysique96 Cardio can be useful during a cutting phase to increase energy expenditure. This helps you achieve a calorie deficit without cutting your calorie intake as much. But the scientific literature has clearly established an interference effect of cardio on strength training. If you do cardio too much, it can impact your recovery and performance. Also, if you do it at the wrong times, it can have an even greater negative effect. . . In order to prevent this, you should do cardio when it is least likely to impact strength training. Otherwise, it will result in less muscle building/more muscle loss and less fat loss. If your primary goals are fat loss/toning, don't do cardio immediately before lifting weights. Clearly, you will be fatigued for strength training. You also should not do high-intensity interval training (HIIT) the day before a leg day, but a low-intensity cardio would be fine. . . It is best to separate cardio and lifting weights as much as possible. Ideally, that would be doing cardio on a rest day or on the same day as lifting weights but separated by at least 6 hours along with some food in between. Realistically, most people will exercise 1 time in a day and can just do cardio immediately after lifting weights. . . Structure is your friend. Close up comparison of my food🔍 Today we have the Halo Top ice cream 🥊VS🥊 the ALDI version - Aldi’s ice cream has been likened to the Halo Top one because of it’s low-calorie and high-protein content (and the obvious similarity in packaging) - Nutritionally, they’re honestly quite similar🍦the Aldi one having less fat and slightly more protein per serving (64g) than the Halo Top, but PRICING-wise we can see that they definitely differ a LOT💸 with about a 1/2 price difference between them - ❗️Disclaimer: they have not yet stocked these in the UK as they’re only being sold in the US at the moment, but I’m sure they’ll be available here soon enough! Mit Knoblauchgranulat, Salz, Pfeffer, Oregano, Paprikapulver und einem Teelöffel Honig 🍯 abschmecken . Und dann einfach über euer Gemüse, Fleisch oder Fisch geben 😍
Buddha Bowl mit 🎃 Kürbispuree und Tofu 🍲 ______________ 150g Jasmin Reis 200g Tofu 175g Kürbispuree 2 Karotten 1 Paprika 125g Kidneybohnen Gewürze: Salz Pfeffer Cayenepfeffer Gemüsebrühpulver Soja Thai Curry Kreuzkümmel Zimt ______________ Das tolle an Buddha Bowls ist das den Variationen hier keine Grenzen gesetzt sind 🙌🏻 Menge und Größe, sowie Toppings können nach Belieben ausgewählt werden. Meine Toppings haben für ca. 2 solcher Bowls gereicht. 1. Tofu trocken drücken und mit Soja,Salz,Thai Curry und Kreuzkümmel würzen 2. Paprika und Karotten klein schneiden 3. Reis zubereiten 4. Kürbispuree in einen Topf geben mit Salz, Gemüsebrühe und Zimt würzen 5. In einer Pfanne Tofu scharf anbraten und dann Gemüse dazu geben. Alles mit Soja und den restlichen Gewürzen abschmecken und nach gewünschter Konsistenz anbraten 6. Buddha Bowl dekorieren und genießen ______________ Nährwerte für die ganze Portion mit Öl( nicht alles was man auf dem Bild sieht) 1169 Kcal 22g Fett 175g Kohlenhydrate 55g Eiweiß

Let's set them straight, shall we? • Low-carb diets are not necessarily healthier. In the short term they improve metabolism but this should just be a phase in your diet because it's not sustainable. Long term restriction leads to a decline in vascular health and constricts blood vessels. • Carbs make you fat, huh? But what if you're in a caloric deficit? Carbs don't make you fat. Too many calories make you fat. If you're eating 0 carbs but eating in a caloric surplus, you will gain weight which by definition means you are eating too many CALORIES. Nothing magical about carbs. • White carbs may be refined and missing fiber, but you still need them, ESPECIALLY if you lift weights. Best time to eat them is post-workout. • Carbs don't cause inflammation if they are not processed and added sugars. In fact, whole grains have been shown to reduce type 2 diabetes risk by reducing inflammation. • Don't avoid fruits! They have far too many vitamins and antioxidants to not eat them.
