A jump because:
I am happy where I now stand in life
I am happy with what I have achieved so far
I am happy that I see the bigger picture
I am happy that I observe when I try to control things and then let them go ( difficult!!!!) I am happy with making other people happy when I let them experience SA 🇿🇦
I am happy with the loving friends I have around me
I am happy with the choice of partner that I have
I am happy with the relationship that I have with my parents
And most of all I am happy with MYSELF!

(reading my intro when I first started writing this)
The date is June 4 2014, a little less than a year when I made my first entry.
Looking back and just reading that badly written intro, I do go back and remember walking up that hill and having these great speeches going on in my head of how I was going to make a difference in this world; how have I come so far away from that oober high place!? I’ve been stressing, struggling with myself and body image, sleeping longer and not eating like I want to.
I look back and remember being so high and feeling so good!
I would get up early, walk down the hill and have fun lifting!
I lifted chest yesterday and that’s the closest to a good lift that I’ve gotten in over a month.
I’ve been stressing about relationships I have and ones that will never happen.
I’m stressing about what the coming year is going to be like as far as my living situation.
I feel as though I’m jumping into something that I had absolutely no idea about.
So basically I’m so worried about things that I can’t control, I’ve turned to food again, causing me to feel uncomfortable in my gut and in the mirror.
With that and everything else, once I lay my head on the pillow my body does everything it can so that I sleep longer than I want.
I remember waking up and not wanting to go, but I did anyways.
Things have changed and once I turn off the alarm, if I even hear it I’m out once again.
This morning for example, I honestly thought I fell asleep for 15 minutes, but come to find out I’m 3 hours overslept than I wanted to.
At this point I decide to take a break, walk away and come back... Tomorrow will be that entry... Stress- Entry 2
Well folks, we have National Days everyday of the year. June 22nd we have No Panties Day. August 5th we have National Underwear Day, and those of you in the know, know that I haven’t wore underwear since the 10th grade many many years ago. I don’t even own a pair of underwear, so everyday is no underwear day for me. This past Saturday(Oct 13th) was No Bra Day in which women are encouraged to forgo wearing a bra to encourage breast cancer awareness. Yes, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. And today is actually Bra(Breast Reconstruction Awareness) Day USA which is observed the third Wednesday in October. Bloomingdales of New York and Everlast Worldwide of New York reached out to me a few months back. Folks, I am happy and proud to announce that I will be speaking and holding a boxing class at Bloomingdales in King Of Prussia, this Sat October 20th, at 9AM before the store opens. Just by changing your body language, you can feel amazing within moments.
Termed as power poses, there are a number of stances/poses that can help boost your mood and create confidence and positivity and make you feel powerful and invincible.
My fave and the one I pretty much use daily is arms up in the air (as per pic). Before I start my day on the computer or head out the door, I do this pose and think of all the awesome things I'm going to create for the day. I'm instantly lighter and brighter, feeling great and the energy surging through my body is electric. .
I'm ready to take on the world. I like to add a verbal boost as well. A few little mood boosters I use include 'Hell Yeah!', 'I've got this!' and 'Woohoo! I'm on fire!....lol.
Totally give this a go for a week and let me know what happens. ❤
