This is my mad face because at 29 im only just learning how to swim. Just imagine me at 6ft 8 and over 17stone being floated across the water by an instuctor whos about 19 with their hand under me holding me up. Demeaning? I think so. Admittedly their are few swimming pools that i cant stand up in anyway hahaha
Work out. Eat well. Be patient. Your body will reward you!🤟🏼😉
When you and your sister are sleeping over your grans and she challenges you to an arm competition as she swears she can lift heavier than I ever would. Shes still stronger than i will ever be. Love this lady❤️

i did attempt a. Second leg sesh but ended up looking like i’d been tazered by the kid from ‘the hangover’ mid lift so to save fouling 💩myself in a public gym i decided to swap to a good heavy upper body session instead. 75kg single arm rows for 12 reps was a highlight.
What seems impossible today will one day become your warm-up.💪🏼
