Yaaay!!!🐣🐇💐🐥 These delicious easter eggs are made with sweet potatoe and just a little bit of chocolate :) ❤️Glutenfree, healthy and the best thing is: your kids probably won't notice that they are eating vegetables!! :) Link in bio. For 6 easter eggs (about 5 cm long and 3 cm high) Ingredients for about 6 easter eggs: 150 g sweet potatoes 30 g of tigernuts (ground) or nuts you prefer 20 g of cocoa powder or cocoa nibs 3 to 4 g (equivalent to about 1 teaspoon) chia seeds 20 g of dates dried and pitted 10 g cranberries (dried) 1/2 lemon (you only need the zest) 50 g dark chocolate Add 6 teaspoons of water to the chia seeds and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Peel the sweet potatoe, cut into finger-thick cubes and cook in a sieve over boiling water. Depending on the size of the pieces, it can take 15 to 20 minutes. Allow the sweet potatoe to cool slightly and then blend together with cocoa powder or kakako nibs. Transfer the mixture to a bowl once it is nice and smooth. Chop the dates, cranberries and tigernuts in a blender, then add to the sweet potato porridge bowl. Add the lemon zest and the chia seeds to the bowl with the remaining ingredients. Dip the Easter Eggs in the melted chocolate and turn until covered with a layer of chocolate. Place the chocolate covered eggs on a plate lined with baking paper. Hellllooooo 👋🏼 ________________ After what feels like forever, WE ARE BACK! Life got manic for us both, so we needed some time out from this page. And to be honest, time out from Slimming World entirely. It just wasn’t working for us like it used to, we would spend weeks on end being SW angels, measuring Healthy Extras, weighing syns etc, and getting very small (if any at all!!) results. We worked on the social team in our class, so it became incredibly hard to be so good and not see the results we wanted, to then weigh Susan (you guys know the type) eat 3 takeaways, a night out on the piss and a trail of chocolate bars and loose 3lb. It just didn’t seem fair, and we soon noticed it completely changed our moods. This is in no way a bashing to SW, it worked wonders for us both in the past, and the plan itself is fool proof!! But there’s a lot of emphasis on the number on the scales, rather than creating a new lifestyle. So that’s when we decided we needed change. Maybe one of the reasons SW wasn’t working for us was because we’d got complacent, and felt uninspired. I knew I needed to get my teeth into something else, and act like a brand new member all over again, and after watching @the.lifestyle.hunter doing so well, we took the plunge and joined WW My god it seemed SO daunting to make the switch. There’s minimal weighing with SW, but a lot of weighing of foods with WW!! We joined on a Thursday online, so we could have a mooch of the app over the weekend, and then we went to our local group on the Monday morning. We both left group and said ‘What the F*ck have we done?!’ It seemed impossible. But I kid you not, by Monday night we knew it was the best decision for us! The app and online support is AMAZING!!! The lifestyle plan suits our lifestyles perfectly. It’s completely changed our mind sets to food, and we find ourselves subconsciously making better choices even when we’re off plan. And the WW workshops hardly focus on the number on the scales, they support you in more ways than you could imagine. (And they only take 30 minutes of your day rather than the 2 hours SW can sometimes take 🙈) *continued in comments

This was the first time we’ve ever played netball together. This is what a wild, feminine woman looks like to me. So today marks the end of my 90 day challenge. I started January 14th at 167lbs & ended today April 14th at 148 lbs. I have lost a total of 19 pounds & I am so dang proud of myself. I not only lost weight, I became more healthy with the foods I put in my body, I live a more healthier life. I made working out a priority. I realized losing the weight was the easy part but keeping it off & changing my lifestyle was the hard part. Its so easy to lose weight & its that much easier to gain it right back.
