Les comparto esta receta deliciosa y súper fácil de donas a base de harina de coco (últimamente la estoy utilizando mucho y me encanta🔝 pronto les haré un post sobre sus beneficios que por cierto, son muchos!)
Sis ingredientes junto con los toppings que utilice, las hacen las donas perfectas para desayunar, como postre o un snack!💛
🍩 i n g r e d i e n t e s
•3 cdas de proteína
•1/2 taza de leche de coco @adecococol
•30gr de harina de coco @vitaintegralmed
•3 claras de huevo
•Stevia al gusto / una pizca de sal
•2cdas de cacao @chocolates_leyenda
🌟D o n u t s
•Mezcla todos los ingredientes
•Aplica spray en los moldes y agrega la mezcla
•Déjalos en el horno a 200°c por 15min
•Lo que yo hice fue voltearlos para que quedaran dorados por ambas partes

•1 cda de nutella casera
•1 cda de queso crema
+ 1 cdita de proteina @heladoproteina

Afternoons at bloomingaprons are fun times. Kids are back from school and have plenty of stories to tell, so we sit around the table talk, listen, laugh and enjoy our afternoon tea and healthy snacks. Today on the menu are dried apples 🍎 🍏. 🍎🥕Apple Carrot GF muffins 🥕🍎 as my son has an egg allergy, these babies are vegan too. ✌️
I made mini muffins, perfect to pop in a school lunch box, but don't be afraid to make bigger ones and make the goodness last more than 1 bite 😁
💭You'll need: preheat oven to 180C
- 1 1/4 cup GF self raising flour
- 3/4 buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 2 Tbsp flaxmeal
- 1/2 cup coconut or rapadura sugar
- 1 tsp bicarb soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil
- 1/2 cup mylk alternative
- 1/3 cup filtered water
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 large grated apple
- 1 large or 2 smaller grated carrots
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients EXCEPT the grated apple and carrot. Now combine the wet and dry ingredients and then fold through the the apple and carrot at the end.
Spoon into whatever sized muffin trays or even loaf or brownie tin you wish. Cooking time will vary depending on your choice. Look for a nice golden top and a clean skewer from the centre to know that they are ready. ✌️ In a mini muffin tin I'd say roughly 8-10 mins and a regular muffin tray about 12 mins. 🙏

~LOW CARB NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER & CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS~
(Sugar free, dairy free, keto, vegetarian & gluten free)
I had lots of doubts about this because it would be my first time Making these and I improvised the ingredients & amounts.
These cute little peanut butter bars are SUGAR FREE, DAIRY FREE & SO AMAZING! 😱💯
I'm so happy to share this recipe with you guys, the final result is so moist and delicious that you won't be disappointed! :)
1 Cup natural peanut butter
1 XL egg
1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
20 Grams of sweetener
1/2 Cup of almond flour
1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
1 Tablespoon of melted coconut oil
Pinch of salt
150 G of 70% no sugar added dark chocolate (which I sliced to tiny pieces.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the dry ingredients together & 90% of the chocolate, in another bowl mix all the wet ingredients until they're combined. Add the dry mixture and mix until it becomes a dough. Flatter the dough on a baking tray and sprinkle the rest of the dark chocolate. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, until the toothpick will come out clean.
***You have to let it cool for 40 minutes before cutting it (it will be stable only after 40 minutes in room temperature).
