Mix 100g rolled oats with 1 scoop of @blessed
salted caramel, 1 scoop glutamine, tsp of chocolate greens. Add water to cover the oats. Add 100g frozen berries to the top. Leave overnight.
2️⃣ Mexican bowl 🥙
brown rice, beef mince in reduced salt taco seasoning, fat free salsa, corn, capsicum, jalapeños and avocado.
3️⃣ cottage cheese and tuna ricecakes 🍅
Small tuna tin, tomato, low fat cottage cheese, cracked pepper.
4️⃣ Chinese beef stir fry 🥦
Beef strips, green beans, asparagus and celebrate health Chinese stir fry sauce. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5️⃣Chocolate vegan fudge🥥

Una ricetta semplicissima👇🏻
•100ml albume a neve
•35 gr farina avena gusto brownie (in alternativa avena semplice con dolcificante)
•5 gr cacao amaro
•10gr amido di mais •8gr di lievito
•60ml bevanda alle mandorle (o altra bevanda vegetale)
Ho messo il composto in uno stampo da plumcake e ho cotto a 180gradi per 15’.
Ho farcito con una crema così composta:
•yogurt greco 0%
•Fit line della @exquisaitalia
•Foglio di gelatina sciolto in un po’ di latte
Dopo aver ritagliato le merendine e farcite con la crema le ho ricoperte di glassa al cioccolato fondente sciolto al microonde con un po’ di bevanda alle mandorle...ho sbriciolato sopra un pavesino al cacao e messe in frigo per almeno un paio di ore...buona domenica ❤️❣️❗️

Sunday morning breakfast 🥞💛
I’ve been craving pancakes all week and I think it’s because 1 I love pancakes and 2 I pass an IHOP 5 days a week on my way to school and work lol. I made these gluten free pancakes that turned out so so good and I’m having some eggs and turkey/spinach on the side. These are perfect for weekend mornings when you have a lil bit of extra time and want something yummy but also healthy! Enjoy💛
🥞1.5 cups gluten free oat flour (I blend my oats in a blender
🥞1/4 tsp salt
🥞1/2 tsp baking powder
🥞1/2 tsp cinnamon
🥞1 egg lightly beaten with:
🥞1 cup vanilla almond milk
🥞1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix all dry and wet ingredients separate then add together! I cooked mine in coconut oil and added some peanutbutter, bananas, and a lil bit of maple syrup and cinnamon on top 💛💛enjoy! I hope you have a great rest of your weekend😇
