Cake olives, fêta, tomates, épinards et aubergines au yaourt 🤤 Si moelleux et délicieux qu’il est IMPOSSIBLE d’en manger qu’une seule part! Voici la recette pour un joli cake moelleux, healthy et gourmand:
🍅200g de yaourt au soja (ou fromage blanc)
🍅150g de fêta (ou fromage de chèvre)
🍅1 petite aubergine
🍅1 belle poignée d’épinards
🍅2 belles tomates
🍅Quelques olives noires dénoyautées
🍅170g de farine semi-complète (ou normale)
🍅1/2 sachet de levure chimique
🍅3cs d’huile d’olive
🍅Sel/ poivre/ basilic/ gruyère/ graines de courges en topping (optionnel)
➡️Le tout mélangé et cuit au four à 180•c pendant 30 min!

🍅150g of feta cheese (or goat cheese)
🍅1 small eggplant
🍅Some fresh spinach
🍅2 nice tomatoes
🍅Some black olives
🍅170g of semi-plain flour
🍅1/2 a packet of baking powder
🍅3tbsp of olive oil
🍅Salt/ pepper/ basilic/ gruyère cheese and pumpkin seeds (optionnal)
➡️Everything mixed and cooked in the oven for 30min at 180•c

They faired very well (especially for a keto baked good!) at 7 out of 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FYI-
10 out of 10 = tastes just like its carb loading cousin! (Or better 😈)
7 out of 10 = gets close to carb-filled version, needing some simple adjustments
5 out of 10 = on the right track but needs several major additions/changes that would basically change the whole recipe. Edible, and I choked it down because #ketofoodisexpensive
3 out of 10 = I could tell what they were trying to do, but it didn’t work... Charlie (our lab/husky mix) at the evidence
0 out of 10 = I didn’t even let Charlie destroy the evidence ⏩⏩Swipe for more⏩⏩ Overall these cupcakes were decent. They baked as expected, were light and fluffy, and had a great look. My #1
issue (as agreed by my non-keto testers) was that they had a bitter chocolate flavor (which is my biggest issue with a lot of chocolate keto desserts) and it needed a smidge more moisture to limit the crumble. Overall, I would make these again, adding more extract, a smidge more sweetener, and maybe a hunk or two of cream cheese!

Energy elixir!! Spinach, bananas, dates, cacao, maca, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, peanut butter, vanilla stevia drops > blended with water. It’s creamy and tastes like dessert - the nutty, chocolatey flavours completely mask the taste of the spinach, so it’s a great way to get lots of greens in if you have a hard time with that.

I was in a bit of a mood on Sunday 🤐 so thought I’d get creative and make up a recipe 👩🏻🍳😂 omg!!! I am not good at spontaneity ❌ I found it very overwhelming and so I called these delicious beauties: Chocolate Peanut Butter Chaos Balls🥜🍫
Here’s the recipe, let me know if you give them a go. • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons cacao powder
• 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
• 1 handful dried pitted dates (soaked)
• 1 heaped scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1 cup almond meal
Blend soaked dates with coconut oil
Combine wet ingredients with dates and vanilla protein powder
Add almond meal gradually, mixing as you go. You may not need the whole cup, you may need more
Roll in crushed peanuts, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder or anything else .

Hey there! My name is Emily and I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in 8th grade. At the time there were not many resources available to me that answered the questions I really wanted to know. (What will I tell my friends? How can I get the other kids to stop asking why I’m so skinny? Why do I have to take medication that makes me look like a chipmunk?) I knew the basics of course- a chronic disease which meant it was not going away anytime soon-or... ya know... ever. It was the reason I had essentially stopped eating when I turned 13. I knew it made my tummy hurt and had me running to the bathroom more than I ever even ran in gym class. And yet I knew so little on how to deal with it growing up. I would’ve much rather pretended to be “normal” than take a handful of pills every day. With as many people as there are who live with IBD, there aren’t enough resources in place to connect us. This page (and corresponding website in the works) is to share YOUR story. So we know Almonds are good, right? How about combining almonds with cocoa and making an energy ball out of it? 🙋🏻♀️😻
There are so many versions of this, but this is one of my favorites 🤤🍴🍫
No bake Energy Almonds and cocoa ball recipe:
🍬 1 cup almonds
🍬 8 dates (pitted and hydrated)
🍬 1/2 - 1 tbl spoon of hot water (if needed)
🍬 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder (100% cocoa)
🍬 1/4 cup dried cranberries
🍬 Opt from (or choose all of): 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut, 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds.
🥣 Hydrate the dates for a few hours, till it’s smooth and easy to mold.
🥣 Add the almonds into a mixer or food processor until it is chopped. Set aside.
🥣 In a food processor or mixer, add the dates until it is smooth (here you may need to add the hot water).
🥣 Add the almonds, cranberries and other additions you chose to the dates mixture. Mix it until all ingredients are incorporated. Add more water, if necessary.
🥣 Shape into balls and refrigerate for one hour before serving.

An oldie but goodie, BANANA PB COLLAGEN smoothie. Made a little differently this time. Check out the recipe below⬇️
• 1 frozen banana
• 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• splash or two of almond milk
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 scoop collagen peptides
I added 1 chopped @justins
dark chocolate peanut butter cup to stir in at the end. 🤤Recipe adapted from @thekitchn
Slow cooked pork chops with carrot & leek gravy, roasted carrots, parsnips, stuffing, green beans & peas. ☺️
Chocolate peanut butter coffee with 31 grams of protein 🍫🥜☕️ #vegan
🌱Fiber 12 grams
🌱Vitamin D 15% daily value
🌱Vitamin A 23%
🌿8 oz. soy milk
🌿8 oz. black coffee
🌿1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology
🌿2 tablespoons PB2
🌿ice (I used 10 cubes)
