Shrimps tacos anyone? I made shrimps this time with taco seasoning and sriracha sauce, and OMG 🔥🔥so good and gave me the extra heat I needed after frozen myself outside while cleaning the car🥶🥶🥶🥶 Deets: corn tortillas, red cabbage, baby arugula, salsa, avocado, taco shrimps (in a small pan put a little olive oil add the shrimps, taco seasoning and Sriracha sauce as much as you like and sauteed until the shrimps are cooked mine took around 6 minutes), I roasted some cauliflower in the air fryer at 375F for 15 minutes. ____________________________________________________________ 🇪🇸Alguien quiere Tacos? Les cuento que hice estos camarones con sazon de taco y con salsa Sriracha, y me quedo riquisimo, 🔥🔥justo lo que necesitaba para calentarme despues de congelarme 🥶🥶🥶 fuera limpiando el coche. En mi plato: tortilla de maíz, repollo rojo, rugula, pico de gallo, aguacate, camarones (en una salten agrega un poco de aceite de olivo, cuando este caliente agrega los camarones, el sazón de tacos la salsa sriracha cocina hasta que los camarones esten listos los mios estuvieron en unos 6 minutos.) tambien hice coliflor rostizado en la freidora en aire lo pones a 375F por unos 15 minutos)
🌶Roasted sweet potato with chickpea stew and tahini saus🌶 Het ultieme comfort food vind ik..Gepofte zoete aardappel in de schil, gevuld met kikkererwtenstoof...de zachte zoete binnenkant combineert heerlijk met de rokerige smaken van chilipeper en paprikapoeder. Lekker en snel gemaakt! Ingredienten voor 1 pers.: 1 zoete aardappel 1 kleine wortel geraspt 1 rode ui, fijn gesneded 3 tomaten in blokjes 2 el tomaten pasta 2 teentjes knoflook, fijn gesneden 100 g kikkererwten uitgelekt 1 tl gerookte paprikapoeder  1/2 tl chili vlokken (optioneel) 1/2 tl komijn Schil van 1/2 citroen Verse peterselie (of koriander) Zout en peper naar smaak Verwarm de oven voor op 200C. Leg de aardappel op de met bakpapier beklede bakplaat... prik deze met een vork..pof de aardappel in ong 40 min. Bak de ui in olijfolie glazig, voeg de knoflook toe, bak deze nog 2 min mee...voeg de geraspte wortel en 3 tomaten in blokjes en bak het ong 10 min, roer er daarna de tomaten pasta,  kikkererwten en kruiden door..laat deze ong 10 min zachtjes koken. Haal de pan van het vuur en roer er de fijngehakte peterselie en citroen rasp doorheen. Snij de gare aardappel open en schep hier de kikkererwtenstoof  bovenop..bestrooi het met wat extra peterselie..heerlijk met tahini saus! Avoiding high-sugar foods that provide empty calories, or calories that do not have other nutritional benefits, such as sweetened sodas, fried foods, and high-sugar desserts. Refraining from drinking excessive amounts of alcohol or keeping intake to less than one drink a day for women or two drinks a day for men. Engaging in at least 30 minutes exercise a day on at least 5 days of the week, such as of walking, aerobics, riding a bike, or swimming. Spinach Crust Pizza Ingredients: Crust • 2 cups raw spinach leaves – 1 vegetable serving because it shrinks as it cooks 1 egg (large) • 1 cup shredded low fat Kraft Italiano cheese blend • 1/8 teaspoon salt, • 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper Pizza Sauce 3⁄4 cup chopped grape tomatoes 1 clove garlic Directions: • -Preheat over to 425 • -Pull out a pizza sheet, or cookie sheet, and cover with parchment paper • -spray the parchment paper generously with a lot of nonstick spray • -In a magic bullet, blend the spinach and egg until it’s a baby food consistency • -Add in cheese and spices and pulse until just combined. (I added oregano instead of pepper) • -spread evenly on the parchment paper (make thin crust so it cooks through) • -bake at 425 for about 15 minutes. Edges should start getting brown and crispy Top with sauce, cheese and desired toppings (I love chicken) -Place back in the oven and broil just until cheese is melted

I finally broke down and bought 2 cookbooks {I’ve been talking about them in my stories}. I’ve been totally against spending the $$ because of free resources like Pinterest. Chicken and Asparagus Salad 15 Minutes preparation time 40 Minutes cook time 2 Servings Ingredients 1 lb raw, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½” slices (should yield two 6-oz cooked servings) 4 cups field or Italian salad greens ½ cup (6 medium or 12 small/thin 5-¼” to 7” spears) asparagus ½ cup (4 medium) cherry tomatoes, chopped 2 Tbsp Ken’s® Red Wine Vinegar & Olive Oil 4 tsp lemon juice ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp Mrs. Dash® Original Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend Direction In a small bowl, whisk together salad dressing, lemon juice, Mrs. Dash®, salt, and black pepper. Trim asparagus ends, but leave the rest whole. Bring pot of water to boil; add asparagus and cook 7-10 minutes or until al dente (tender-crisp). Slice chicken and chop tomatoes; set aside until asparagus is cooked. Drain asparagus, then add, chicken, tomatoes, asparagus, and dressing mixture to pot and cook over medium heat until mixture is warmed through and chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Ginger-Hoisin Beef What I love about cooking Beef of any form is it takes a little bit of time if not more. Whilst I was cooking The Ginger-Hoisin Beef, I was working out at the same time because why not! This is so easy to make and very delicious so if you want to have more protein in your diet, you can cook this for lunch. (Remember: Protein powders are not really necessary if you have access to a normal, healthy diet). Sooo, Let's do this! Ingredients: 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp sesame oil 3 garlic cloves (crushed) 1 tsp ginger paste or 1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger 300 grams minced beef 1 tbsp olive oil 1 small carrot (thinly sliced) 3 tbsp hoisin sauce 1/2 of Red Bell Pepper (thinly sliced) A handful of Mung Bean Sprouts Coriander leaves for garnishing Dash of Black Pepper powder Method: Mix together the soy sauce & sesame oil Add olive oil to the heated frying pan or wok and sauté garlic until fragrant Add minced beef and cook until brown for 3-4 minutes and sprinkle a dash of black pepper Add the ginger, mixture of soy sauce & sesame oil and stir well. Toss the carrots and red bell pepper to the pan and stir fry for a few minutes Add the hoisin sauce and cook for 3 minutes more. Add a handful of Mung Bean Sprouts and cook for 1 minute When cooked, garnish with Coriander Leaves. Enjoy!
