AVOCADO BROWNIES 🥑 • Ingredients as follows: • 2 x Avocados. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup raw granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa. 1/2 teaspoon salt or pinch of sea salt. 1/2 cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs. • Instructions • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and set aside a lightly greased baking dish. In a food processor, add the avocado, maple syrup, and sugar (Blend well). Add the eggs and vanilla extract (Mix well) so all ingredients are blended together. Add in the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa (mix well) finally Stir in the chocolate chips using a spoon or spatula. Spread the mix into pan evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes (or until done). • let cool before cutting into squares. 👆🏼SIN GLUTEN 👆🏼🎉 Necesitas: 2/3 taza de puré de calabaza 1/2 taza de leche vegetal 1/2 taza de harina de garbanzos 1/2 taza de harina de arroz integral 1/4 taza de semillas de sésamo blanco 1 cucharada de jugo de limón 1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear sal y pimienta a gusto 1 cucharada sopera (o un poco más) de condimentos a gusto (yo usé condimento de chimichurry, lo amo) 1/2 cucharada de cebolla en polvo . 🍳PREPARACIÓN: . 1. Precalentar horno a 200 grados 2. Licuar calabaza, leche de almendras, condimentos, sal y pimienta. 3. En un bowl, colocar sésamo, harina de arroz y harina de garbanzos. Mezclar hasta formar una harina uniforme. 4. Unir la mezcla líquida con la sólida con movimientos envolventes, agregando el jugo de limón. Si ven que queda una masa muy densa, agreguen poca agua. (Tiene que quedar como cuando baten los huevos a punto nieve, un poco mas densa) 5. Dividir la masa en 6 partes y colocar en moldes a gusto previamente engrasados. (Yo usé moldes de donas) 6. Hornear por 30’/35’ o hasta que estén doradas. Conservar en la heladera hasta tres días, o guardar en el freezer. TIP DE ORO: una vez listas, cuando las saquen de la heladera, pueden cortarlas a la mitad y tostarlas. Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and their famous pan-grilled pastrami, sauerkraut, open faced on grilled marble rye. So...I'm a closet amateur healthy baker :) Here's an awesome #healthyrecipes for chocolate chip cookies 1/2 cup nut butter (or if allergic use #sunbutter ) 1 scoop of protein powder ( I use @nakednutrition ) 1 tsp of baking powder (if needed 1 tsp vanilla extract, if you don't have vanilla protein powder, which I didn't, so I used it:)) 1 skinned and cooked sweet potato mashed Add any other fun ingredients like chocolate chips, coconut shreds, shredded nuts Mix well, separate into small cookies Cook for 15-17 minutes at 350 and you're done! #baker #fitfam #fitspo #noexcuses #nofilter #healthysnacks #healthylifestyle #healthyfood

EN FINIR AVEC LE GRIGNOTAGE, C’EST POSSIBLE ! 🧐🧐Le grignotage, c’est l’absorption quasi automatique d’aliments par petites quantités fractionnées, sans envie d’un aliment spécifique. C’est un peu un « laisser-aller » devant la nourriture en situation de disponibilité. On pioche dans une boîte de biscuits ouverte ou on mange des bouts de fromage en préparant le dîner. ☝🏾On ne va pas se mentir : on connaît tous des périodes où l’envie de grignoter nous fait tourner la tête. A cause du stress, de la fatigue ou plus logiquement de la faim, on se retrouve la main dans un paquet de gâteaux 🍰 en plein après-midi. Le hic 😬, c’est que si on ne réagit pas rapidement, le simple craquage occasionnel peut vite devenir une habitude😱. Car quand on parle de grignotage, on parle bien sûr d’aliments souvent riches en graisses, en sucre ou en sel. Les aliments grignotés à toute heure de la journée ne sont pas sans incidence sur la santé😕 Immanquablement, les ennuis arrivent😰 Ce mode de consommation conduit à manger parfois beaucoup avant d’être rassasié🤢 Comme cet apport alimentaire se rajoute souvent aux repas classiques, il provoque alors un dérèglement du système digestif qui, du coup, est constamment en phase de digestion. Ubijając pomału dolewalam wcześniej rozpuszczone masło.Do ubitej masy dosypalam pokrojona czekoladę i zamieszałam łyżka . Blaszkę do muffinek wyłożyłam papilotkami. Masę wyłożyłam do foremek. Piekarnik nagrzany do 190’C. Czas pieczenia to ok.20 min. То, что подходит им может не подойти вам. Те рамки, которые выдерживают одни девочки, другим будут не по силам и чревато срывами и набором новых килограммов. 🙏 Пробуйте и смотрите на изменения в организме. Ищите то, что подойдёт именно Вам. Отслеживайте своё самочувствие и изменения в фигуре. 🦋Красивая фигура - хорошая цель. Но не навредить здоровью гораздо важнее. Пусть результат будет не быстрым, но долгосрочным и безопасным. Организм нужно «вводить» в новые условия правильно и плавно. Не садитесь на сушку, безуглеводку и вообще какую либо диету. Это даст вам результат на несколько недель, а потом вернётся все обратно.
