Mindset? Yes. Spirituality? Yes. Action Steps? You got'em. .
So far, I only taken this mind-body-soul approach with clients who have been open and ready. They're the ones who get the best results and feel freest for the longest time.
Now, I've decided to share this particular perspective more freely with those who are darn ready to ditch the stupid, ridiculous yo-yo diet mentality and want to step into total alignment with their health, and sexyyy body.

Most people try to escape negative emotions by doing what I call buffering—overeating, overdrinking, overworking, over-fill-in-the-blank.
If you buffer with food, you will eat in an effort to avoid experiencing negative emotion. For example, if you are stressed, you might overeat to escape the negative feeling instead of experiencing it.
This is human nature. Your brain was designed to seek pleasure, avoid pain, and be efficient.
Learning how to experience negative emotions is a skill set that I help my students in Self Coaching Scholars master, so they’re no longer a slave to what they eat.

February 23rd is National Toast Day. While we usually tend to think of toppings for toast to be butters, jams, or jellies, there are all kinds of healthy spreads that you can use as alternatives. Hummus or mashed avocado toasts can be quite delicious, and good for you! Here's a quick recipe for a 'smashing' avocado toast that's great for lunch or breakfast!

--1 avocado peeled and seeded
--2 tablespoons chopped cilantro --Juice of 1/2 lime
--1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) --salt & pepper to taste
--2 slices whole grain bread --2 eggs fried, scrambled, or poached (optional)
Toast 2 slices of whole grain in a toaster until golden and crispy. Then, in a small bowl combine and mash the avocado, cilantro, lime, and salt + pepper to taste. Spread half of the mixture on each slice of toasted bread. Top with fried, scrambled, or poached egg if desired.

In Italian culture, basil was used as a sign of love. Placing a pot of basil on a balcony meant that a woman was ready for her suitor to come. If the man arrived with a sprig of basil, then the woman would fall in love with him. Wearing basil on his person signified that a man had serious intentions for a woman he was courting.1
Basil is a perennial plant that is part of the Lamiaceae (mints) family. There are many different varieties of Basil plants and they are typically grown for their leaves, which are used as herbs. These basil leaves are oval shaped and are either green or purple. The Basil leaves branch from a single stem that also produces clusters of white flowers at its tip. The leaves of the basil plant can grow up to 3–11 cm long and the plant as a whole can grow to be 30–130 cm tall.2

I love to buy all my fresh products for the week and save money but also save time during the week!
Today I bought all veggies & fruits and spent €17,50, eggs €5,50 (yes lots of eggs I bought 25 this week :) ! ) nuts €5,50 and chicken €7 = €35,50 💥🤩

If you choose to start eating healthier, it’s possible you may receive judgement, some more than others. Luckily, I felt I had a lot of support when I changed my eating habits, but I still received some prying questions and poking that were annoying to deal with.
When I started eating healthier, it was the year of my wedding, and everybody assumed that I was on a “wedding diet.” When I told them that, no, I actually just wanted to be healthier, some people looked at me like I was insane. Someone even tried to ARGUE with me and tell me I was already skinny enough. Eventually I just started telling people I WAS actually on a wedding diet because it was easier and everybody seemed to understand.
Ultimately, you’re doing this for you and it’s important to not let other people’s judgement control the way you treat your body and what you do to nourish it. A lot of times this might come from people’s own insecurities or maybe they are just trying to have fun. Either way, YOU are the one who lives in your body everyday, so don’t let others influence how you treat it.

Ich habe gute Strukturen für mich erarbeitet und entwickelt, Rituale die mich nähren und die meine Bedürfnisse erfüllen. Ich treffe gesunde Entscheidungen, so oft wie es geht. Gehe täglich raus in die Natur, meditiere und schenke mir Raum für Stille und grundlose Freude, ernähre mich gut und gesund, schlafe möglichst früh und genug, unterstütze meinen Körper durch ätherische Öle und wenige, aber sinnvolle Nahrungsergänzungen, schenke mir sanfte, freudvolle Bewegung, investiere in Coachings oder Kurse, optimiere den Energiefluss in meinen Räumen und erinnere mich immer wieder bei der Arbeit an mein ureigenes Wohlfühltempo. 👑 .
Und dann gibt es diese Tage, an denen mir dieses ganze Selfcare-Gedöns um die Ohren fliegt. Tage, an denen ich nur gestresst bin und kaum bemerke, ob und geschweige denn, wie ich atme. Und weisst Du was? Dann beginne ich einfach wieder neu mit allem. Jeden Tag. Immer wieder. Ich gebe auf mich acht, atme mich duch und tune mich in mich ein. Wieder und wieder. On a daily Base. Das ist Leben. Und Hingabe ans Leben. 👑 🔑 🦁

I'm loving my new guns!! The stronger I feel physically the stronger I feel mentally. 💪❤💪Pushing myself, seeing the changes and feeling great has taught me that I can do the same in all areas. Hard work, getting beyond the pain, having fun, a good attitude and showing up consistently can be applied to work, parenting, relationships or any goal!!
