Macros per tutti i biscotti 479 kcal 55c 21p 16f Ingredienti 50 gr di fiocchi di avena 20 gr di farina di cocco 50 gr di banana matura 100 ml di latte di soia alla vaniglia SALUTÌ @_alternativeg_ 100 ml di acqua 10 gr di cacao magro in polvere @rapunzel_naturkost 10 gr di anacardi Scaldare l'acqua e il latte di soia, aggiungere l'avena, il cacao magro in polvere e cuocere mescolando finché l'avena non avrà assorbito tutto il liquido. Far raffreddare e nel frattempo preriscaldare il forno a 180°. Aggiungere all'avena la banana schiacciata, la farina di cocco e parte di anacardi spezzettati. Mescolare bene fino ad ottenere un impasto piuttosto compatto. Sono sempre buona, ma lee certe stupidate non riesco a trattenermi 🤯. E dopo questa piccola lamentela... vi auguro una buona giornata 🙈😂❤️. . ▪️BUSCOTTINI ALLA ZUCCA E CANNELLA, CON GOCCE DI CIOCCOLATO ▪️🔹INGREDIENTI (per 5/6 biscotti) •20g Farina/ fiocchi di avena @prozisitalia •20g farina integrale •cannella •200g purea di zucca (o zucca cotta) •15g gocce di cioccolato fondente •30ml albume •latte 🔹PROCEDIMENTO: 1)aggiungete in una scodella le varie farine, la cannella, la purea di zucca, 2/4 di gocce di fondente e l’albume. Mescolate e dopo aggiungete , poco alla volta il latte, finche il composto non risulterà omogeneo (attenti a non farlo diventare troppo liquido) 2)adagiate la carta forno su un piatto adatto al forno micronde e con l’ausilio di un cucchiaio o di una formina, mettete un po’ di impasto sulla carta forno, formando dei biscotti. E poi sopra metteteci le restanti gocce di cioccolato 3) mettete il piatto nel micronde e fate cuocere i biscotti per 3 minuti. Nel caso vi sembrano ancora troppo molli, fateli cuocere ancora per 1/2mn. However when @drinkc15 was kind enough to send me samples and persuaded me to try, I was very pleasantly surprised. This was blended with mango and they seem to have gotten it right. Surprisingly tasty. Some nutty chocolate bites to celebrate Sunday 😊. P.S. Plate from @woodfolknaturalaccessories earthware 😍. I’m loving it! Recipe below: Nutty chocolate bite 1 cup raw cashew
1 cup raw almond
1 cup oat flour 1/5 cup cacao powder
3 tbsp peanut butter (I use @picspeanutbutter ) 2/3 cup soaked dried dates  1 tbsp sunflower seeds 4-8 tbsp boiling water . Instructions 1. Blend all ingredients, except the boiling water in a food processor until crumbed.
 2. Slowly add boiling water until the mixture forms a ball.
 3. Firmly press the mixture into a brownie pan. Slice into bite-size pieces
 4. Allow to set in the fridge for about 1 hour and then remove. Sprinkle with some fresh cacao if desired.
 5. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for about a week or in the freezer for 4 weeks.

Recipe👇 . 40g puffed rice 65g cranberries-dried 50g pistachios 135ml date syrup 125ml peanut butter 3Tbls coconut oil 100g dark choc- melted 1 Tsp pure vanilla extract Handful of rose petals to sprinkle on top (opt) . Line an 8” square baking tin with baking paper . Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix. In a saucepan, add date syrup, peanut butter,coconut oil,chocolate and a pinch of salt. ‌Sunday Waffles with Berries Jam ! ⭐️ I've been going wild with waffles lately and have found myself making them several times a week - last week it was almost every morning. 😋 Always with a little bit different ingredient combo and toppings. This recipe is our top until know and thought I'd share the recipe with you guys, because it's Sunday, weekend is ending and life is good! Enjoy!✨ ‌PEANUT BUTTER WAFFLES (For 2) ‌✨ ‌2 organic eggs ( or great flax egg*) ‌½ cup un-sweetened peanut butter ‌½ ripe banana (mashed) ‌1 tsp coconut oil ‌5 tbsp oat milk (or almond milk) ‌2 tbsp coconut flour ‌1 tsp baking powder ‌1 tsp ceylon cinnamon ‌½ tsp vanilla powder ‌_ ‌* Great flax egg: Add 1 tbsp flaxseed meal (ground raw flaxseed) and 2 1/2 tbsp water to a dish and stir. Let rest for 5 minutes to thicken. Add to your recipes in place of 1 egg ‌✨ ‌Preheat the waffle iron. Break the eggs into a bowl, add peanut butter, mashed banana, coconut oil and oat milk. Mix. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Dose some dough into the waffle iron and cook for about 2 min. ✨ ‌On top: ‌BERRIES JAM ‌✨ ‌3 ½ cups mixed berries (if using frozen, defrost first) ‌2 tbsp chia seeds ‌2 tbsp warm water ‌2-4 tbsp honey (preferably raw) ‌*1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional) ‌✨ ‌Add all ingredients (start with 2 tablespoons of the honey) to a blender or food processor, and pulse until the texture is you prefer.  Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid (I used a mason jar) and allow to set in the fridge, about an hour.  Serve with the waffles!! LUPIN for more protein, BANANA for sweetness & strawberry jam for extra deliciousness. INGREDIENTS: 1 cup activated quick oats, 2 tbsp lupine, 1,5 cup soy milk, sweetener of your choice (I use a half mashed banana), 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp coconut, 1 tsp hsyllium husk, 1 tsp grounded flaxseed, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp strawberry jam INSTRUCTION: Soak the oats + lupine flakes for 12+ hours in water with a dash of apple cider vinegar over night. Drain in the morning, cook 3 minutes with soy milk. When cooked, ad sweetener (or mashed banana), cinnamon, chia seeds and a pinch of salt, add water if needed and serve in a bowl. Top it with sliced banana, cinnamon, hsyllium husk, flaxseeds, coconut & strawberry jam
