Bakłażan nadziewany mięsem mielonym ✔️Bakłażan 240 g ✔️Pieczarki 120 g ✔️Cebula 100 g ✔️Mięso mielone wieprzowe 100 g ✔️Pomidor 340 g ✔️Oliwa z oliwek 1 x łyżeczka ✔️Sól 1 x szczypta ✔️Pieprz czarny 1 x szczypta ✔️Papryka słodka w proszku 1 x szczypta ✔️Majeranek suszony 3 x szczypta Cebulę i pieczarki drobno pokroić i usmażyć na oliwie. Następnie dodać mięso mielone i smażyć ok 5-7 minut. Doprawić przyprawami do smaku. Bakłażana przekroić na pół, oprószyć lekko solą i poczekać aż puści soki, po czym go opłukać. Wydrążyć łyżką miąższ. Do usmażonego mięsa dodać pomidory (wcześniej zalać je wrzątkiem i pozbawić skórki) i dusić do momentu aż woda z pomidorów lekko odparuje. Następnie wypełnić bakłażany farszem i wstawić do rozgrzanego na 180 stopni piekarnika. Okay, I’m totally freaking out and shit nervous about posting this however feeling so inspired by @taryn_at_target_sw this morning! whilst I’m absolutely loving watching my body change it’s also a little terrifying and slightly foreign as I can’t quite believe that it’s mine. I’m slowly getting back to the weight I was most comfortable at (1 stone away!!!) and it just sort of freaks me out that I’ve been longing for this moment for ages and it’s sort of here really so not entirely sure how to feel or what to make of it 🤣 I am my own worst enemy. after my off plan tea last night I was up at 1am in absolute agony and it was then I realised that my body can’t take things like that anymore. It's moong daal cheela. I know it doesn't look so tempting. But it tastes really good and is a very healthy preparation to include in your meal atleast once in a week. I used hardly a teaspoon of oil to make these. So its made out of soaked moong daal. Then blended with garlic, chillies and some mint. Some seasonings like salt, pepper, paprika, chaat masala, ginger powder. I also added some shredded carrots. That too goes great with it. Then i made these cheelas in a drop of oil.
