Change it up with some **OPTIONAL **add ins: - frozen zucchini - 2 tsp nut butter of choice - 1 Tablespoon cacao powder . note: if leaving out protein powder; add 1 tsp vanilla essence and add 1 tablespoon maple syrup/ agave. ✨

Do you ever have days where you just feel off? Well today is one of those days so far. Nothing is coming out right especially in the kitchen. I kept dropping things, breaking things, my meals weren’t coming out like they usually do. I overcooked my egg (I like my eggs runny not as dry as a nun), my passion fruit juice came out looking like vomit (see photo), I made a huge mess in the kitchen, and when I finally managed to get everything on the plate, I realized it’s a super rainy day. My fellow food photographers know exactly what that means - no sunlight makes for less than stellar photographs (particularly for my aesthetic). So here you have it, my lunch for today - that I only managed to eat at 3 pm and was so tired from making it I couldn’t even finish most of it 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s cool though I’m allowed to have these days. At least I have a hot date tonight 💃🏻 . . Bowl deets: roasted butternut squash, roasted Brussels sprouts, seared scallions, dry boiled egg, and plantains.
