I’m having Rye bread for snacks as well most days of the week just because they are my fav atm, and I’ve been eating relatively light this week toi cos if my binge eating & lots of alcohol a few days back. Although I don’t think my diet is boring at all - in fact I think I’m getting better with my foods 😂. .

Breakfast to go! Hard boiled eggs with some @traderjoeslist
everything but the bagel seasoning on top and some sweet potatoes underneath. I also have an avocado in a @stasherbag
since it keeps it really well and they don’t get brown!
My go to ❉SALTED CARAMEL SMOOTHIE ❉
Move over Starbucks!!! This Frappé style dreamy shake has all the flavour whilst packing a healthy nutritional punch too! Filled with delicious caramel goodness 😍 Just blend and enjoy! . ★ʀᴇᴄɪᴘᴇ★
- 1 to 2 frozen bananas
- 2 medjool dates - 1 cup plant milk (or half a cup cold black brewed coffee + half cup milk)
- 1 heaped tsp maca powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- handful of ice - a pinch of salt
Change it up with some **OPTIONAL **add ins: - frozen zucchini
- 2 tsp nut butter of choice - 1 Tablespoon cacao powder .
note: if leaving out protein powder; add 1 tsp vanilla essence and add 1 tablespoon maple syrup/ agave. ✨

600 ml plant based milk
1 heaped tbsp organic cocoa powder
2 tbsp of hemp seeds
3-4 medium bananas (Optional tbsp peanut butter or vegan protein powder)
Do you ever have days where you just feel off? Well today is one of those days so far. Nothing is coming out right especially in the kitchen. I kept dropping things, breaking things, my meals weren’t coming out like they usually do. I overcooked my egg (I like my eggs runny not as dry as a nun), my passion fruit juice came out looking like vomit (see photo), I made a huge mess in the kitchen, and when I finally managed to get everything on the plate, I realized it’s a super rainy day. My fellow food photographers know exactly what that means - no sunlight makes for less than stellar photographs (particularly for my aesthetic). So here you have it, my lunch for today - that I only managed to eat at 3 pm and was so tired from making it I couldn’t even finish most of it 🤦🏻♀️ It’s cool though I’m allowed to have these days. At least I have a hot date tonight 💃🏻

일주일동안 10시간도 못잔 상태였지만 최악의 컨디션이나 가볍게라도 운동하려고 맘 먹은것 칭찬칭찬. 그러나 이런컨디션일수록 운동할 때 조심해야한다는건 명심.
컨디션이 안좋으면 쉬는것도 정답.

I‘m loving this seared salmon belly cold somen in a seaweed dashi. Salmon is cooked just enough for it to flake apart. Not to mention it’s light and healthy!
