1 равна ч.л. безглутенов бакпулвер
4-5 с.л. бадемово мляко
пулпа от бадемовото мляко около 1 ч.ч. препълнена
2 с.л кокосово брашно
Аромати не съм слагала, защото в млякото има ванилия, а сладкото от лимони е уникално вкусно и ароматно
Всичко разбърках в блендера , изсипах в подмазана тавичка за терин(10-21см) и сложих в предварително загрята на 180⁰ фурна. Пекох 50 мин, изключих фурната и го оставих там поне още 15 мин. Наистина го препоръчвам горещо, но акцента тук е сладкото от лимони, вкусът който придава е неповторим. Да ви е сладко!

CHEESECAKE AL LIMONE 🍋🍋🍋! Inversa e non, base e copertura porridge di fiocchi e crusca di avena cotti in acqua, flavdrops biscotto e...zafferano, per la crema invece 1/2 ricottina light, quark magro, la buccia di un limone grattugiata, è qualche goccia dello stesso, e albumi, una fetta di limone e granella di mandorle per finire

🇦🇺🇺🇸 healthy food doesn’t always have to be super elaborated, this is a perfect example of healthy, fast and delicious. These are rice cakes with low fat cottage cheese, avocado, tomatoes, cilantro/coriander and cayenne pepper. To be honest I had 3 of them but one broke so it didn’t look pretty on the picture hhaha 🤦🏻♀️(3 ricecakes, 1/2 avocados, 2 tomatoes and 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese). ————————————————————————————————

Used the last of my batch of homemade granola, topped it with plain soya yoghurt, strawberries and honey 🍓🍯 Simple but very quick, for those mornings when I didn’t make anything the night before. I’ve been leaving the house very early in the mornings so I haven’t been able to make anything other than oats or granola.
I could eat before I leave but I like to enjoy my breakfast and not rush, plus during the week I do something called ‘Time restricted eating’ (TRE), which means eating in line with my circadian rhythm and eating in an 11 hour window each day. There’s lots is exciting research in animals to support the benefits of TRE and human studies are showing promising results too. •
However for me, it’s a good way to prevent overeating/mindless snacking in the evenings if I have a deadline, after which, I don’t eat. I’ve mentioned in previous posts about Professor Satchin Panda who is a leader in the field of circadian biology research and his book, ‘The circadian code’ is really fascinating regarding why it’s beneficial to eat in a circadian fashion. But of course, we are all human and do have lives so its something I don’t do everyday of every week 🤷🏼♀️

Whipped up a Sheppards pie last night in literally 20 minutes. I have an activity after work every day (either training or my online lessons) so I need to be very organised with my meal prep.
Moral of the story - the excuse I don't have time doesn't really cut it.
6:00am wake up and deal with the puppy
6:30am puppy goes over to Dan and I start getting ready for work
7:00am make some breakfast and pack bag with food for work
7:30am leave for work
5:45pm get home from work and use the next hour to tidy the flat say hello to the dogs and prepare any food if I am low on meals for the week.
6:30pm leave the house for training
10pm get home and get ready for bed, spend an hour with family and get in to bed.
11-11:30pm lights out 😴

Lemon chili & garlic praws in a coconut cream sauce with whole wheat pasta & fresh tomatoes. 🍤🌶🍋🍅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
INGREDIENTS (makes 6-8 servings) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•2 packets of deveined, shelled prawns (these were from @woolworths_sa
) 🍤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
•2 packets of whole wheat fusilli (or pasta of choice)
•5 lemons (keep 3 for serving) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•1 can coconut cream 🥥 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•2 cups fresh cherry tomatoes 🍅 (add afterwards) •1 teaspoon crushed garlic, salt & pepper to taste & 1 teaspoon chili flakes 🌶 (add more for extra heat) •Drizzle olive or coconut oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Add one teaspoon oil, garlic & spices to a pan on medium to high heat ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Stir around for a few minutes before adding your praws ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Add the juice of 2 freshly squeezed lemons to your praws and stir until cooked ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ •Add the coconut cream and let simmer for a few minutes ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•In a pot, cook your pasta in some water with a crack of salt and drain when cooked ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Add your prawns to the pasta, add some fresh tomato & chili flakes and squeeze over some more lemon juice. 🍤🌶🍋🍅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My Quinoa Paella. -
Ingredients: *1.5 cups (uncooked) quinoa
* 500g Coles Graze grass fed sausages
* 250g cooked prawns
* 1 tbsp of tomato paste
* 400g tin of tomatoes
* 100ml (1/4) tin of coconut cream
* 1/2 cup Organic Vegetable stock * Knob of ginger grated
* 2 cups of veggies of choice- I used kale, zucchini, broccoli and red capsicum. * 2 stalks of spring onion chopped * 3/4 cup frozen peas
* Extra virgin infused garlic oil to taste. * Tbsp extra virgin unrefined coconut oil
* Tbsp smoked paprika
* 2x tsp mixed herbs
* salt and pepper to taste
1) Cook quinoa in a saucepan according to packet instructions.
2) While quinoa is cooking, chop up veggies of choice, peel and grate the ginger.
3) Heat a fry pan on medium heat, add coconut oil and sausages. Cook until starting to brown, before removing them from the pan and chopping the sausages into bite size pieces.
4) Place sausages back in pan with spring onion and continue to cook for 2 or so minutes or until sausages are browned all the way through.
5) Add the chopped veggies to the pan with ginger, stir through, cook for another few minutes.
6) Add in the tin tomatoes, tomato paste and spices and stir.
7) Add in quinoa, prawns and frozen peas, coconut cream, garlic infused olive oil and stir until well combined.
8) Turn heat back down to a low so its on a simmer. Continue to cook for around another 10mins or until sauce thickens.
9) Can be served with fresh lemon slices, sprinkled with yeast flakes and garnished with fresh parsley. -
For a Vegetarian or vegan option exchange the meat for Organic tofu and/or legumes of choice.
