I started off not wanting to eat this for lunch this morning but work got crazy with lead to a late lunch which lead to me starving... which lead to me wolfing down and actually enjoying this salad. So this is actually a video from yesterday, I just totally forgot to post it. Today I've been sick as a dog (I even called in to work, which I really couldn't afford since there's soooo much to do 😭). But I'm already feeling better than I was this morning, so I know nothing will keep me down tomorrow! After having to settle for the gym at work quite a few days last week, I was looking forward to seeing everybody @crossfitdraper and getting a good workout in with them, so it just makes me more excited for tomorrow night!! **Oh, and sorry about the video quality/my head being halfway cut off.... You had us at PROTEIN DONUTS 💪🤤 @bookofblondes __ Ingredients: 1 cup of oat flour 1/4 cup of LIQUID MUSCLE vanilla (try other flavours!) 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 egg 1 tsp of stevia 1 tsp of vanilla extract Glaze: 3 tbsp of protein powder Splash of almond milk 4 blended strawberries Coconut to sprinkle on top Directions: Preheat oven to 350c. Blend wet ingredients together. Mix in dry ingredients till blended. Spray donut pan and pour in mixture. Bake for 20-25mins. For the glaze blend the strawberries and mix in protein powder and a splash of almond milk till you get a thicker consistency. Sprinkle coconut on top. Create healthy habits, not restrictions ✨⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I use to have such an UNHEALTHY relationship with food. I would restrict my food intake and calories {sometimes having no more than 500-700 calories a day}⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I had NO idea how unhealthy this was and WHY it was so unhealthy. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If I wasent restricting, I was binging. Yup, Whole packs of Oreos, a whole bag of chips, fast food, 5-6 drinks at dinner (plus a plate) 🤦🏻‍♀️⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I had to reprogram my brain 🧠 to see food as fuel ⛽️ not the enemy. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I realized how far I’ve come when I CHOSE to order this at lunch instead of a burger and fries. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Remember, when your body is hungry, it wants NUTRIENTS, not calories. ⁣ ⁣ If I can change my relationship with food, SO CAN YOU 💪🏻
