Cedar Planked Salmon on a gas BBQ. Easy, delicious, and healthy way to cook your Tasmanian Salmon. Just follow instructions and don’t be afraid to let the plank smoulder a bit. When the plank smoulders you need to have the lid closed to catch all the aromatic Cedar smoke. Smoulder not burn - that’s the key ! Sunday bbq With the best organic shrimps and some vegetables and fruits. Seasoned with sojasauce, olive oil, pepper salt chilli and mustardseed woth a twist of lemon juice. The figs got a twist of white wine ans honey. Lovely lunch 😊

BBQ WIN!!💥Asparagus & Tomato Stuffed Chicken 💥
It’s a beautiful Friday in September! So here’s another great meal that you can make for the whole family! .
This meal is thrive phase approved, and tastes great as a skillet or off the grill! 👍
We balanced out our PFC by pairing the chicken with a fresh salad🥗
Makes 4 servings
4 large chicken breasts
1 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil
1 Tbsp fresh lemon zest (optional, but amazing!)
sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to your taste
12 small asparagus stalks, ends trimmed
4 small slices high-quality mozzarella cheese
4 Tbsps sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp garlic salt
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees f.
Cut the chicken breast in half, length-wise, but just enough to make a pocket, as shown.
Rub the inside of the chicken breast with lemon zest, sea salt and pepper.
Place chicken on a cutting board and stuff each equally with the mozzarella, asparagus and sun dried tomato, then fold over.
Insert a large toothpick to close the pocket.
Rub the chicken with a pinch of garlic salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large and oven safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the chicken for 3 minutes per side then place the skillet in the oven.
Bake in your preheated 375 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the inside.

A normal portion size would be half that eating corn, but I've been craving corn like a mofo, so I ate it all!! For those of you who use portion fix, this would be 2 carbs, 1 protein, 1 veggie, 1/2 a healthy fat, and 1 tsp. 😍😍
