For as long as I can remember I used to hate my legs. I used to walk for hours and starve myself to try get “the perfect legs”. .
In the past years I’ve learnt to appreciate my body and what it can do. My body type is obviously not the super tall skinny one, and that’s OK. I am enough just the way I am! #selflove
I love my strong legs, they carry me around allowing me to walk, stand, run and move from one place to another. #blessed
I am not saying don’t exercise / shape your body in the gym or whatever you may do; but be happy what with you have RIGHT NOW! Right now is all we have! And I am in love with right now and what I have 💕
I am practicing self love every day and it can be challenging at times but at least I have a body. I have MY BODY and I chose how I want to feel when I wake up every day, I chose love, happiness and kindness to myself and the people around me ✨
