Sunday Mood 🌟Sunday’s are usually a mixed bag for me. I 💓relaxing & snuggling w/ my pup, but I also try to prep for the week ahead. Here are a few things that help me stay cool, calm, & collected before a hectic week:
1. Long walks with my fur baby Oscar —getting outside (no matter how cold & yucky) + getting some fresh air is crucial. It really helps calm the Sunday scaries & gives me a chance to clear my head ☺️
2. Meal planning--I try to have at least 3 dinners + lunches planned for the week so I can stay on track & make healthier choices. If I can’t make it to the grocery store, @shipt
usually saves the day 😆👏
3. Indulge in self-care & relaxation- I’m all about reading, watching a movie, giving myself a mini spa sesh, or just taking time to meditate & BREATHE 🙏
4. Set goals & plan —every Sunday, I love planning my workouts and setting intentions/ goals. When Monday rolls around, I feel more positive & psyched for the week ahead 💯
5. Yoga—Sunday night yoga classes are my fav. It’s so therapeutic & really helps reduce anxiety. If I can’t make it to the studio, I just do a quick flow at home 🧘♀️

I've struggled with sensitive skin and eczema my whole life, so I am extremely particular about any skincare products I use. Our skin is our largest organ, and it absorbs what we put on it. I am tired... I’m not gonna lie...
As working moms, it sometimes feels like we are looked upon as if we need to “work as if we don’t have kids and to raise a family while acting like we don’t have a job”... and please don’t get me wrong - SAHM have similar thoughts and challenges but I can only speak from my perspective right now. .
Someone asked why I could even consider coaching when time and energy is so limited? There are many reasons but One is because It is something I truly truly enjoy and believe in- I want to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and at the same time staying accountable to my own goals! Why not combine my interests and my desire to help others?
It gives me great joy when my friend who has had health challenges this year is completing 80 day Obsession and killing it. .
I take great inspiration from fellow coaches - a coach on our team who is amazing, all while going through chemo and being an example to all of us to live life to the fullest! .
For a PT gig, i am the one that controls my success or not. But if I have to take a step back from it for a little bit because I am sick or my work takes priority or my kids need me, then that is what I will need to do...

Its so delicious... but its such a humongous poison to our bodies. ✨It’s almost a guaranteed that your acne will get better within a week or two if you cut out ALL dairy from your diet. ✨Why is Dairy so bad? Well heres why: 🐮Dairy contains a hormone called iGF-1 which is great for the cute baby cows... but terrible for us. 🐮iGF-1 helps cows to grow big and strong but causes inflammation in us and gives us big painful red and swollen pimples. 🐮More insulin is produced in our bodies which then causes our livers to produce more iGF-1 which = to more acne. 🐮Our skin produces excess oil leading to clogged pores, P. Acne Bacteria feeding on our sebum (oil) which then leads to inflammation. ✨Theres tons of studies published explaining why Dairy isn’t the greatest for us. ✨Now it may feel impossible to give up dairy considering its EVERYWHERE. But it’s definitely worth the effort. ✨Test yourself. Quit dairy cold turkey or go off it little by little and see how your skin reacts after a few weeks. (Remember.. it takes time!) ✨I quit dairy and have seen wonderful results. Now I have some food items that contain dairy here and there being fully aware that it will break me out. ✨I have come to a state of mind where now im at peace with my acne.
