💡Vitamins help your body remove toxins and rebuild your immune system.
Each day, your body gets exposed to toxic compounds, including toxins from the environment and those produced by the natural functioning of your cells. Several organs work together to help remove these toxins from your body.
Several vitamins and minerals participate in detoxification process like vitamin A,D,C,E,K,B1,BY, riboflavin and iron, and getting enough of them in your diet supports tissue health.
Check our Liposomal blends of vitamins today to support your body detox and get the most of your vitamins! Liposome encapsulation offers a better way to absorb nutrients in the body and that's a game changer!

This is so true...
I’m traveling solo at the moment with my two young kids for the first time.. Yes it’s isn’t always easy, yes our schedules are totally off. Sleep - what’s that?
We aren’t eating as well as I would like either BUT I wouldn’t change this adventure and the amazing memories we are making together for anything!!✨💦 #herestoadventures
🍃 SELF CARE • Day 26 #Marchmeetthemaker
• Self Care or Wellbeing means something different to all of us. Much has been spoken about the power of a hot bath, but what about the power of a good book. Often we need something that takes our mind to a different place, as well taking our twitchy fingers away from the relentless draw of the iPhone. Escapism is greatly underrated. My Mum tells me that from a small girl I always had my head in a book. I learned to read early, and haven’t really stopped since. My favourite spot? By the pool in sunny Sa Riera, obviously, but for the other 49 weeks of the year - curled up in a garden chair with a glass of wine, or cosy by the fire with a large cup of tea. Currently reading Michelle Obama’s “Becoming” and loving it. 📚
this guy 🌴💚 - good morning Tuesday. ✌🏻
Intuitive eating has been by far one of the BEST things I have ever practiced when it comes to food.
. . .
There is an increase in stigma around food these days. The stigma is so bad that it can be toxic for some people. We are surrounded by the thought if we eat to much we will gain weight and put on fat, therefore it results in under eating. Or we tend to force ourselves to under eat hoping we will lose weight but in return seem to be packing on the weight. Often times we tend to get in our own head, and end up confusing ourselves about what we should and shouldn’t eat.
. . .
Life already has its challenges and food should not be one of them! Food should be considered your friend, food can be healing, it can be nourishing, and it can be fulfilling when you learn to have a healthy relationship with food.
. . .
Intuitive eating is listening to your body and eating when you are truly hungry. Making food choices without experiencing guilt or an ethical dilemma, choosing healthy living foods that will nourish the body, focusing on feeding the body and allowing nourishment to happen. Intuitive eating does not mean counting your calories or macros...it strictly means LISTENING to your body! 🌿🌞

The sun is setting on Endometriosis Awareness Month. There has been some amazing dialogue and stories that have been shared over these last few weeks. The month may be almost over, but the quest for improved treatment and ultimately a CURE for endometriosis is far from over! Keep following us here at OMNI for future updates and posts regarding endometriosis. Let’s keep the conversation going!
"Bbq Prawn, Pumpkin and Quinoa Salad"
Nothing is more important than a doctor specialized in endometriosis, an individual treatment plan and a proper health insurance, when it comes to finding ways to live with that disease. I only realized within the last year how important the health insurance part actually is in the whole package.
I grew up in Germany, where everyone needs to have/has a health insurance by law. So when I went to the doctor or to a hospital I actually never had to think about the costs - it was always taken care of. Of course you have to pay a monthly contribution, but the amount hardly appears worth talking about.
Now I am living in South Africa, where health insurance is a luxury good. Health insurance is voluntary and you can choose between different medical aid plans at different rates - needless to say that endometriosis is not included in any of those plans. So every time when I go to a specialist I have to pay it myself. Luckily I have not had another endo-surgery yet, so I do not know about the costs, but I am sure it will be expensive.
I know I will be able to pay for it and I can always count on my family too. But what about all the women, who are not able to afford a visit to the specialist? How are they dealing with the pain, the ignorance and the mistreatment? Isn't women's health a human right? Should not every woman, no matter where in the world, be able to get the treatment she needs regardless her socio-economic background?

On the days we are fine, at least one of our neighbours is not 🙏🏼 @morganharpernichols
This quote really hit me hard because it’s true “There are people roaming the city who have not been loved in years”... take a look on your commute this morning, look at the people around you. Who could you smile at? Who could you help? It only has to be a small gesture but it could go such a long way. If we all made the effort today and every other day to do something for someone else, a stranger or a college, imagine how many ounces of joy would be pouring into our city? If we all work together we can give love to those who have not known it for years, these are the people that desperately need us. Raise your head from your phone and make a change today 💖
