How to make it:
1. Chop up the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, & avocado .
2. Mix the veggies, chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice & sea salt in a bowl. Pour on plate then set aside. .
3. Coat the chicken thigh with olive oil spray & seasoning of your choice .
4. Cook on stove top for about 5-6 min or until no longer pink on inside .

This was my breakfast this morning and it took less than 5 minutes of hands-on time to complete. How is that possible? I use what Tony Robbins refers to as NET time. It stands for no extra time which is in a nutshell multitasking 😉. I make the majority of my meals while I am doing other things. Here’s a breakdown of what that actually looks like: .
✅ Put a piece of bread on a plate, spread some cream cheese on it, sprinkle it with a little everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader Joe’s and top it with a couple slices of deli turkey. .
✅ Fill a pan with water and put it on the stove to boil. .
✅ While the water is coming to a boil, do other things that need to be done. I did the dishes 🙌.

✅ When the water waa boiling I put the egg in and set the stove timer. Then, again, I went to do other things. .
✅ When the timer went off, I ran the egg and under some cold water, peeled it, and put it on my toast. I filled a small dish with some kimchi and breakfast was done!

#beautyhack I LOVE – if you apply body oils after a bath or shower they last longer. Your skin is already hydrated & so soaks up less of the oil than if you applied it to dry skin.
I use

I escape every night into a bath to bliss-out. It’s part escape from the kids. 🤣 But mostly helps my body relax and unwind. Yeah, the bath is relaxing, but it benefits your sleep too.
