Сколько времени Вы сможете посвятить каждой тренировке? Продолжительность каждой тренировки не должна быть фиксированной. Если в один день у Вас появляется больше времени, проработайте больше областей тела. Если в другой день у Вас будет меньше времени, сосредоточьтесь на областях, наиболее значимых для Вас. Не следует думать, что хорошим решением проблемы пропущенного занятия является удвоение времени следующей тренировки. Решающее значение имеет регулярность занятий! Если у Вас нет времени для посещения тренажёрного зала, выполняйте упражнения дома. Если Вы пропустите одну тренировку, то захотите пропустить и вторую. А потом замечаете, что не занимались уже месяц. Цель тренировки состоит в максимальной стимуляции мышц за минимальное время. И Вы должны искать стратегии, которые увеличивают интенсивность тренировок, а не их продолжительность. Первый критерий, определяющий продолжительность занятий,- это расписание Вашего дня. Если у Вас немного времени, можете уделить тренировке, к примеру, 10 минут и провести её циклами (позже выложу пост "увеличение интенсивности"). Однако 30-минутная тренировка все-таки предпочтительнее. Хорошая силовая тренировка длится 30-45 минут. К концу тренировки, длящейся 30-45 минут, мышцы должны "просить о пощаде". Продолжительность тренировки зависит от двух обстоятельств: 1. Объём тренировочной работы (число упражнений+число подходов). 2. Отдых между подходами. Время отдыха является варьируемым фактором, который зависит от Вашей занятости. Не тренируетесь дольше часа, поскольку это значит, что Вы: ◾тренируете слишком много мышечных групп за одну тренировку; ◾выполняете слишком много упражнений или повторений; ◾слишком долго отдыхаете между подходами.
