FOOD - GET IT
This is going to be really blunt and probably not what most people say BUT it’s coming into the warmer months and that means many more social events and outings. Now obviously, moderating your alcohol intake is an obvious statement to keep your body composition and health status at bay so you don’t suffer with increased sickness and additional caloric intake = increase adipose tissue.
SO?! If you’re going for a night out, dinner, social event, here are my tips:.
Have a pre-event meal if you’re not sure what you’re going to get - hit all the macros in this. .
Have your hydralite, charcoal tablets, magnesium, and Vitamin C ready for when you get home so you wake up ‘fresh’ and to assist your sleep. .
The next day don’t eat terrible food, you need to get back on track asap as your body processes the alcohol and not-so-good food. Plenty of veg, fats, carbs (yes bread, soak it up). .
Get moving - a gentle walk or swim to get the circulation going to help detoxification. .
WATER - add a pinch of rock/himalayan salt and citrus to help with rehydration, alkalinity and mineral balance.

Waiver Wire Targets:
1. Tyler Boyd (WR)- With stats like 15/249/2 over 3 games, you would not think this is a guy owned in under 24% of leagues. Boyd is solidifying himself as the WR2 in a high scoring offense behind A.J. Green. He has shown that with A.J. being the main focus from defenders he can flourish and take advantage of the space he gets. He should be owned and is worth a FLEX.
2. Calvin Ridley (WR)- After being nonexistent in his opener, Ridley put up 11/210/4. He should be picked up in all leagues, as this offense is beginning to take off. Playing behind Julio helps him out for the same reason Green helps Boyd. Ridley has shown he has the talent and has built trust from Ryan. He’ll look to build on that as the season goes on.
3. Baker Mayfield (QB)- With Jimmy G out for the season, a QB to target is Baker. He is now the starting QB for what has been a solid team so far this year. He looked great and could possibly produce with a solid offensive squad in Landry, Calloway, Njoku, Hyde, and Johnson Jr.
4. Mike Williams (WR)- Williams has looked amazing in a high scoring offense. He has a big frame and a great red zone target. Rivers trusts him and with defenses focusing on Allen and Gordon, Williams and Ekeler have a lot of room to move around and make plays.
5. Javorius Allen (RB)- Allen has 3 rushing TDs in 3 games along with a receiving TD. He is the Goal line back and very TD dependent but he has a lot of upside in PPR leagues. If your dealing with an injury and need a guy in a PPR league, he could be a good fill in.

Welcome to Twisty Tuesday!!!Now doing some front splits with a little thoracic rotation and chest extension on the Reformer is a great way to unwind that body from a days work, and to build stability, balance and strength throughout the whole body. You’re not just working one muscle group here, you’re full “werkin it” Rhianna style! So where’s the meditate you say?! Well it’s at the end when you collapse from all of the effort you’ve put in to doing this move and not falling off the Reformer! JOKES!! Honestly it’s where ever you want it to be. It doesn’t have to be panflute music and crossed legs, unless you want it to be of course!! It’s the moments you give yourself, where you breathe, open your heart, note the day and your thoughts but let them pass and relax your mind and body enough to connect with each other. I like to think of it as my quiet, breathing bubble. Try sitting still, relaxing the shoulders down and taking 10 full breaths in and out. It’s AMAZING what a few simple breaths can do for your mind, body, day and life!!

protein bar was really good and held me over through my workout without making me feel nauseous. It’s super high in fiber, 11 net carbs, and 12g protein. Consistency wise, it was similar to a Quest bar but with much better flavor. And WHOLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS!! Definitely worth checking out.
