Unloading after my first BIE (bioenergetic intolerance elimination) session.
I had been referred by an old neighbour to check out a practitioner of BIE weeks ago, and had been slowly working up to my first appointment today (5 day super detailed food journal + another 5 days for good measure). Having had zero success in improving my IBS despite relentless action over the past 1.5 yrs, I wasn't down to keep spending money on things that didn't work.. although trial and error seems to be an unfortunately expensive requirement in my case.. especially given that perpetual trigger food elimination is not a real solution.
I listened through a book recently called "Power vs. Force" by Dr. David Hawkins, which dives into his research over the past 30 years on muscle testing, and the wildly implicative and revelationary application of it with regards to health & human evolution. Easily one of the most profound books I've ever come across, and despite my familiarity with muscle testing it brought my fascination of it to limitless levels.
BIE uses muscle testing to determine what the body reacts favourably to and against, in this case food triggers, but I was surprised to having been tested for a number of digestive enzymes, biochemicals, and dieseases. Additionally, I brought in everything from my supplement pantry and other food samples (hence the random red potato, coffee beans, nutritional yeast) to test whether or not they were compatible with my body. Later, a machine is tuned to deliver the electromagnetic frequency of the substances we want to reharmonize to the body, to certain acupressure points/energy meridians via electromagnetic stimulation. Time then needs to pass for the body to reach homeostasis before the foods are introduced back.
Significant insights were made during my appointment. However, because of the somewhat intagible nature of this type of treatment, I've yet to hold it as any type of holy grail for IBS & digestive distress in the 21st century.. that's what the strict application of my protocol during the coming weeks should lend further insight to.. at which point I may feel more confident in sharing what actually resulted from today.

I think I’m ready to start expressing myself again. I’ve taken over a year to start growing my hair out healthy & putting less heat on it. I also stopped box dying it. On top of that, I’ve worked on keep my healthy skin lately & stopped wearing make up, but I think it’s about time to start focusing on my physical appearance again. Next stop ~ figuring out what to do with my hair! 🤔

2 Scenarios When you are at your most EFFORTLESS HOTTEST 🔥 (its an energy thing) & How to be the hottest person in the room.
Everything you believe is true, so you have a choice, to believe your hot af or believe you aren’t.
But, even if you don’t feel that you are technically “one of the hot people” don’t worry, my 2nd tip is how you can be hot, even when you feel your physically not. (Its how the non- hot rockstars get laid so much.) So, here are my two scenarios when you are the hottest.
First scenario : when you walk into a room, and you KNOW WITH CERTAINTY that people are going to take fucking notice, and jaws drop, and that you are the hottest person there, your BELIEF in that WILL CREATE THAT REALITY.
Sounds easy enough??? Most of you will never believe in yourself that much. 🤣 it’s an Attitude to cultivate. A real “I am gods gift to man/woman” feeling.
It takes practice, but after you do it for awhile becomes the most NATURAL thing in the world. You walk in, hello I’m here bitches, everyone looks, everyone takes note; everyone wants to talk to you/f*** you/ be your friend etc.
It is possible for you to have this effect on people. But you must believe it is possible for you.
2nd Scenario and probably the easier one for most of you who don’t carry that natural inner rockstar complex. Lol.
You will be the HOTTEST when you are in ALIGNMENT and DOING What you are NATURALLY GOOD AT and LOVE DOING!
When you are soooo focused on what you love to do and are good at doing, other people think you are sooooo attractive. Because so many people have not found something like that. They’ve not found their joy. It’s sad, really. But when you’ve found it, you instantly become one of the “hot ones”, even if you’re technically or physically not hot.
It’s a lot more about energy than it is about the physical.
You can be one ugly mf but if you are doing what you’re good at and doing it joyfully you become a MAGNET and others just want to be around you/ be with you / adore you. Etc.
I hope this helps you tap into your natural hotness.
You are powerful enough to create the reality where you are a hot AF God/Goddess and everybody wants you.

I’m a day late with this sketch book post as this is a totally NEW page in my 365 days of tao. I forgot how long these took to do. I can spend anywhere between 2 to 6 hours on these & completed 75% of this sketchbook in 2016. I’m bringing you a page a day and working on completing it. End goal: publishing this small palm sized mini manuscript to bring you 365 illustrated days of Tao.
Of course while painting this, I had to watch Sleepless in Seattle. Still holds up! Miss you hometown, I will be back up in a month with my girl @ambeyv

[PITYARIASIS ROSEA (crappy pic of the first patches that are already healing, more will come). non contagious skin disorder that lasts usually ~2 months but can last longer than 3 months. cause unknown, no cure. just have to wait it out (it’s been over a week now). patches of irritated rashes that spread from 1 herald - mother - patch. i have it from roughly my neck to my knees, and it recently started spreading to beyond my knees, also on my arms. it can start with symptoms similar to an upper respiratory infection for some (including fever), before the herald patch appears (lower back pour moi), which was the case for me. so it is also accompanied by this cough I’ve had for a couple weeks. they believe it’s caused by a virus; it’s been documented since the 1800s and yet nobody has an explanation for it or anything to treat it. it rarely reoccurs, but can and has (many don’t report it when it does, because it is not harmful, just uncomfortable). i’ve noticed i get waves of feeling like i’m fighting the remnants of bronchitis, and where my muscles ache a lot (like post workout), but no idea if that’s related, I assume it must be. glad i have a WOC doc who listened to me and checked all the patches to diagnose me. grateful that it’s not serious and definitely tuning in, sir👂🏾you’ve got my undivided attention].
