So I hate to be "that" person😅, but there's only 12 weeks until Christmas (which means cookies and food comas and wine), 8 weeks until Thanksgiving (more food, definitely more wine 🤣), and 5 weeks until Halloween (alllll the candy). I for one am not dreading all that food one bit because, well, I 💕 love food and I have a plan (and a crew) to hold me accountable so I keep tracking towards the health and body I want.
