I have been driving in a car since 9 and it’s now 5 sooooo I’ve had quite the day😅
I hate long car rides like this because I’ve hardly walked today and I did 0 physical activity. My body hatessssss it and so do I. It’s so painful and I just wanna run around right now hahahaha.

Ayyye I’m back! I haven’t been able to really get into the gym the past two weeks so needless to say I was pretty excited to hit some shoulders😍🔥 I’m gonna try to get back to posting everyday around 11am est like I normally do, but ya girl has a hella busy schedule so we’ll see how that goes😂👏🏼

TIME FOR A WORKOUT VID 🤩🤪💪🏻
Not gonna lie, I’m really feelin these blue seamless leggings from gymshark 🤩💙 new fav I love the fit!! (May of may not have bought another pair but in black 😉)
My current goals at the moment are to get STRONGER and gain more MUSCLE 🙌🏻💪🏻 BUT in order to grow stronger you gotta gradually increase your weights!! .
For those who are struggling I found these certain exercises to be a bit more simpler and easier to increase weight and not TOTALLY DIE 😅😂
Sooo either start with lower weights and after a few sets go up in weight each time, OR you can do the opposite and start heavy, and work your way down to lower weights, (i love to do this one because it BURNNNSS) then i did some jump squats and the end for a little HIIT ;) .

If you get sick youll get medical care and recover. While you worry about your career, family, friends and what to do next remember that theres plenty of people out there that miss everything you take for granted, things they will never have, oportunities they can only dream about. Realize that you have a lot to be thankful for. The point is to always look at the positives, not the negatives. Happiness is a choice and not a chance. Just look around and find reasons to be happy and content ~Bella~

W/ 4 sets of 15 reps Romanian deadlift. This little superset will really target the glutes and keep them activated for the whole workout. Thanks for watching ❣️

Honestly- I was mad for years and I STILL remember how that felt.
It cut me to my core. And I let that define who I was for a while.
See-I let those words play over and over and over in my head for years and hold me back from living my true self.
Just know this---my sister and I didn't let that make us bitter-oh no..we let that make us BETTER! BLESSING AND RELEASING IT. We let those words and how that felt make us BETTER. We take those experiences and we try and make a difference.
And we are rocking our journeys and helping OTHERS know they dont have to believe the negative things people have told them in the past.
We can ALL choose to let it define us, confine us refine us or we can choose to move on and leave it behind us! 💎💎💎💎💎

8 month difference! BUT, I’m loving how slim my face got as well as the fact that the pic on the left is full foundation and the pic on the right is only a tinted moisturizer! Also kinda hype since I learned how eyeshadow works with my eye shape and have been venturing out into different styles and such. I said 2k18 was gonna be my year to be extra as hell, and ayeee, I’m going for it lol. Hope y’all have a productive and blessed Monday. Love y’all so much. ❤️
