Whatever plan you were following before, hop back on. Update: I lost 10 pounds after the festival. Guten Morgen ☀️ Ich mache jetzt seit knapp 6 Wochen Diät. Ja, ich. Ich bin ehrlich, ich war schon immer dünn und relativ zufrieden mit meinem Körper und konnte auch essen was ich wollte. Und seit einigen Jahren geh ich auch regelmäßig ins Gym. Jetzt kommt das große ABER 😅 Ich hab nie wirklich Erfolge GESEHEN. Deshalb dachte ich mir, ich probiere es mal mit einer Diät, nur um zu schauen was mit dem Körper geschieht wenn man allein seine Ernährung umstellt. Tja, was soll ich sagen ich bin einfach baff. Ich habe knapp 7 Kilo abgenommen, sehe viel definierter aus und fühl mich fiter und wacher. Ich habe mir das Buch von @pumping.sophia.thiel gekauft und mich an die Rezepte gehalten, nebenbei habe ich die App YAZIO benutzt und alle meine Mahlzeiten eingegeben die ich am Tag gegessen habe, und je nachdem wieviel Kalorien, Kohlenhydrate, Eiweiß und Fett ich schon gegessen hatte, hab ich meinen restlichen Tag darauf eingestellt. 1-2 in der Woche gab es natürlich einen Cheatday 😅 meistens am Wochenende. Bei meinem Krafttraining bin ich geblieben, ich habe vlt 2-3 die Woche noch einen kleinen Cardio mit eingebaut, und wenn ich mal mit dem Fahrrad in die Arbeit gefahren bin. Ja, jetzt geht es bald in Urlaub, und da wird erstmal wieder gegessen was das Zeug hält, danach werde ich definitiv so weiter machen, weil mir nichts fehlt. Ein vorher/nachher Foto werd ich die kommenden Wochen hochladen, ihr werdet schockiert sein. War ich nämlich auch als ich den direkten Vergleich hatte. DEADLIFT DAY!!! Today was a 3x5 of 65%, 75%, and 85%. Last set of 320lbs is shown in the video. The new @alphalete active shorts gave me the power to pull this weight five times 😂. I was actually surprised on how smooth the whole deadlift session went. Besides my lower back feeling tight in the beginning (which I just kept rolling it out between sets) it felt pretty good!
