Sometimes the hardest part about exercise is overcoming a tough spot in your routine or hitting a plateau. We aren’t always willing to push ourselves 100% outside of our comfort zone because our minds give out faster than our bodies do. This is my biggest downfall, but I’m learning to trust my body because it’s stronger than I give it credit for. It’s just as important to have a strong mind as it is to have a strong body. Has anyone else felt this way before? Like and comment below to tell us if you’ve experienced this and how you’ve overcome it!

The moment you feel like youre struggling or failing think about how lucky you are to be alive. You actually have the opportunity to see the sun go down at night and set in the morning. You have food on the table, clean water to drink and you have a bed to sleep in. You have human rights, you can wear whatever you like and nobody can force you to do anything. Youre safe and you dont walk around fearing for your life. Youve had obstacles in your life, but youve also overcome them and youve survived every time it felt like your life was falling apart. If you get sick youll get medical care and recover. While you worry about your career, family, friends and what to do next remember that theres plenty of people out there that miss everything you take for granted, things they will never have, oportunities they can only dream about. Realize that you have a lot to be thankful for. The point is to always look at the positives, not the negatives. Happiness is a choice and not a chance. Just look around and find reasons to be happy and content ~Bella~

Before I got the worst injection of my entire life at the dentist today, I went to the gym and ran (covering my tummy as it’s a different colour to my arms 🙈🙈)

Il either gain on my chest and loose my abs.. or gain definition in my abs and loose my chest. One of life's many struggles currently.
