Dinge wo man sich immer nur sagt ich sollte… Ich sollte abnehmen, ich sollte mir mehr ⏳Zeit für mich nehmen, ich sollte 🏋️‍♂️trainieren gehen, ich sollte härter an mir arbeiten um meine 🏁Ziele zu erreichen...aber selten passiert etwas davon und bei einem sollte bleibt es dann bei vielen Leuten letztendlich auch. Dabei kann nur ein Wort💬 die komplette Einstellung ändern, nämlich dann wenn aus dem ich SOLLTE ein ich MUSS oder viel mehr ein ich WERDE wird. Wenn man anfängt sich zu sagen ich werde mir mehr Zeit für mich nehmen, ich muss jetzt etwas tun💪 in Sachen abnehmen, ich werde meine gesetzten Ziele erreichen☑️ oder ich werde nicht aufgeben bevor ich nicht hart genug an mir 🚧gearbeitet habe um das was ich mir vorgenommen habe auch zu erreichen, denn dann findet ein umdenken statt bei uns im Kopf. Ich kenne es aus eigener Erfahrung weil ich nicht anders war früher, erst als ich angefangen habe anders zu denken anders zu reden kam die Veränderung. Verändert habe ich gestern auch mal wieder meinen Trainingsplan. Cluster sets 🏋️ - Cluster sets are smaller sets built-in a larger set with rest increments that typically range from 10-30 seconds. You can program cluster sets for any of the four training adaptations: strength, power, hypertrophy, and endurance. Most often you’ll see them used for compound movements, but they can occasionally be used for accessories. - There are four variables you should acknowledge before beginning to program clusters: inter-set rest intervals, total reps per set, total rest, and intensity. By adjusting these variables, you have the ability to target the specific adaptation for your goals. - There are a few benefits that come along with utilizing cluster sets and these benefits will vary slightly depending on your goal and usage of them. Benefits of cluster sets include strength development, neurological adaptions, increased total volume, a potential plateau breaker, and recruitment of fast twitch muscle fibers. - In the video above, I have used the cluster set methodology due to being short on time. I programmed the clusters to enable a time-efficient hypertrophic response.
