IT HAPPENED :O after 294728 years I finally squatted since the injury 🤪👏🏼 it’s a really major accomplishment in my life and I couldn’t be happier 😈
This is no where near good enough tho so please don’t use this for form reference😂 got some forwards tilt and mobility issues which doesn’t allow me to hit full depth but those are some next steps ☺️💗

Having made the decision to leave the corporate world to pursue my passion full-time was a very scary thought, but I took the leap of faith and decided to do it anyway. Definitely a learning process but I love the sense of fulfillment helping and inspiring people on a daily basis.

It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve definitely seen some differences. Got some of my softness back on my hips and waist looks a little less tight but I am actually really happy. I look in the mirror sometimes and feel a bit worried going from a cutting body to a normal body but then I remember all the improvement I’m making already with my strength. Im really enjoying the sight of the number going up on the weights! I didn’t start my fitness journey to ‘look good’, although it was definitely a factor. I started to be healthier and stronger and I really like that I’ve come back round to those aims in this bulk. Very excited to see what is to come 🙌🏼
