I’ve had a busy Sunday finishing up some new client’s programmes - can’t wait for them to get started tomorrow!! 🏋🏼♀️ I had been feeling unwell the past few days and missed my workout on Friday as a result 😥 BUT I completely smashed my lower body workout tonight 🍑 If your body genuinely needs rest then the best advice is to listen to it and come back stronger when you’re ready! 💪🏼 Hope you’ve all had an amazing weekend 💗

🤔 WHAT IS THE KEY TO FAT LOSS? 🤔 You can be sure that it’s NOT any kind of meal replacement shakes, skinny coffee/tea or detox programmes 🙈 These are not healthy and the fast results gained are usually from laxative effects or severe calorie restriction 🙉 You’ll most likely end up with more fat than you had to begin with once you go back to your normal routine 💁🏼♀️ So here’s what to do... you MUST burn more calories than you consume to lose fat! 👀 Ensure you’re in a moderate calorie deficit (20/25%) which allows you to lose fat at a MAINTAINABLE rate 😍 In terms of exercise - focus on weight training!
