Hey guys it's Warren. My weight is up from 152 to 158, my goal is 170-175 💪 going to the gym consistently is getting easier with each week as it becomes more routine. Now to just focus on improving my diet to maximize my results. I'm feeling a lot stronger, have more energy, and my self esteem is getting better as well. Recovery time is getting shorter so I think it's time to up my workouts to from 4 to 5 or 6 days per week. Getting past the first month is the hardest part. No excuses! Um corpo não se constrói em dias ou semanas nem meses, para chegar longe é preciso ter paciência, treinos atrás de treinos, suplementação, uma boa ingesta de macronutrientes para alcançar o máximo de hipertrofia e não podendo esquecer do descanso, o tratamento com EAA é só um conjunto de tudo isso, um dependente do outro para dar certo!!
