So many times we think the love is real, when in reality, what we feel is our own conditioning and craving painting a temporary picture with our emotions. We think we are falling in love, but we are really just craving the feeling of excitement and home. This isn’t to say that love is not real, it is very real, this is just a reminder that we should have the patience to observe what we feel and cultivate our self-awareness so that delusions have less of a chance to run away with us.
Think of bodies of water. Most may look beautiful and appealing. Some are clean enough to swim in. Though the water may look nourishing to the eye, it does not mean that every water is drinkable, it does not mean that every water can nourish your being.
We don’t have to be perfect to be able to love. It is possible for love to be born out of chaos, it helps when each individual makes an effort to grow their self love and begin doing the inner work that creates space for happiness and freedom to flow. When each can develop their own calmness and clarity, the cloudiness of conditioning settles and love is able to emerge.
Love happens between people when there is the will to support each other’s happiness. Love occurs when we can give selflessly. Love is the clarity that comes when we can observe and act beyond our own expectations. The highest form of love is a state of egolessness– this can emerge when craving is truly absent.
Sending love to all beings. May we all understand that attachment and expectations are two sides of the same coin. May we all continue reclaiming our power by growing our self-awareness. May we all find a tool that can help us free ourselves. May we all be happy and wise. 🙏🏽💙 #yungpueblo
