Healthy dinner to compliment today’s training. Garlic/ paprika potatoes and veg, grilled salmon, roast tomatoes. Washed down with some beetroot juice 🥤. Who else is a fan? It’s my secret weapon 😊
Day 17-19. It’s been a good few days. Staying on plan, feeling great and seeing results. I added in some progress pics to this post. As hard as it is to take the ‘before’ pic, it’s super helpful to see the changes in my body. I am definitely less bloated and see more muscle 💪We’ve had something every night this week so I haven’t cooked much. Lots of salads and on the go meals like shakes, overnight oats and protein bars. I’ve found a good order out is a Cobb salad, no cheese, bacon or dressing. Jim grilled salmon last night and it was delicious (bottom right photo). I didn’t have many carbs so I was still hungry and had a protein ball after dinner. I’ve been working on not doing that at night, but I was still hungry and as long as I’m not doing it every night, I am good with it. I love how this Healthy Living plan allows me to listen to my body. My greens balance arrived 2 days ago so I am back to doing a greens shot every morning with my digestion plus (prebiotic and probiotic). Our next healthy living group starts 4/29 so let me know if you want to try this out!
