Yesterday evening, our team received a call about a honu, upside down, and stuck in the rocks. We rushed to the scene, and fortunately, were able to easily free the honu and release her back into the ocean. Honu often feed on nearshore algae. Sometimes, waves will come in, and push the honu up onto the rocks. 🚑🐢
