Ch. Suduiraut 2007
Wine goals 2019 - to drink, in one calendar year, all of the extant 1855 Classified growths of Sauternes & Barsac.
There are five communes which are entitled to use the Sauternes appellation d’origine contrôlée, Sauternes, Barsac, Bommes, Fargues and Preignac.
Fun fact, historically Suduiraut can claim the top spot in Preignac as it is the only 1er Cru in this area.
The 2007 Suduiraut is deep gold in colour, with rich dried apricot and dark honey aromas and flavours, yet with a tangy almost dry finish which keeps the honey in check.
Premier Cru Classé in 1855.
