When i first started going to the gym i was asked by a friend what body part do i deem weak, and i feel i lack, i said my back. After a year of training, minus the three months where i didn't partake in any type of gym activity. I can now say that i feel my back is my most strongest asset and a part of my body which im most proud of.☺️📈
Die Geduld ist nicht passiv. Im Gegenteil, sie ist eine Tat, sie ist konzentrierte Kraft.
Wer die Fähigkeit der Geduld und Beständigkeit erlernt, dem ist es möglich jedes Ziel zu erreichen solange er sich bewegt.
Geschwindigkeit und Rastlosigkeit sind moderne Attribute die einem viele tolle Momente vorenthalten auf der jagt nach einem Ziel.
Zu diesen vielleicht etwas Philosophisch wirkenden Zeilen ein Bild das genau das in meinem Leben wiederspiegelt.
Nach insgesamt 4 Knie Operationen habe ich mit viel Geduld, der Hilfe eines Physios und meinem willen es geschafft meine Beine aufzubauen. Es hat Jahre gedauert und es bedarf aufgrund der Verletzungen immer noch sehr viel Zeit sie zu erhalten, aufzubauen oder zu formen!
Ich will damit nicht jammern, es ist meine selbst auferlegte Aufgabe und ich liebe jedes Training, jeden Tag den ich daran arbeiten darf und kann!

You FAIL you get back, you FAIL again, but you comeback better and stronger but also wiser 😉💪🏻🏋🏼♀️ My advice you gotta keep making those little tiny steps forwards with whatever your trying to achieve.

When I started this whole fitness thing 2 years ago I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Yes I had some experience with training, but I knew nothing about nutrition, proper dieting etc. I remember watching YouTube videos of old school bodybuilders such as Arnold, Franco, Platz, Bob and Robby... and then the 90s era of Flex and Kevin and Ronnie, Jay, Shawn and Dorian... yes I admired the aesthetics of these athletes, but more importantly, I admired their work ethic. How far they were able to push themselves and put in the work to be the best. Both physically and emotionally. That’s what originally motivated me to start this. I already had a niche for lifting, but once I started studying ways to improve my physique through exercise and proper dieting that’s when I fell in love with the process. Well…..when I was heavily in the scene from 88-97, the guys cared about more than just size; aesthetics, balance, conditioning and presentation. We spent countless hours on quarter turns, mandatories, and routines. Out of every show I went to, without question, one routine was head and shoulders above all others in regard to getting the crowd to explode. The energy in the room when Vince Taylor did his routine in Florida at 91 Olympia was amazing. Here’s 60 seconds of it, but you should watch the whole thing if you haven’t already.-stu
