I still get shocked when I sit down and mentally process the fact that I actually designed, created and sewed together all these pieces with my own two hands. I hardly slept and spent a whole lot of cash finding quality fabric but it will all be worth it one day. As far as your end goals may seem, it's important to reflect and appreciate just how far you've come and clap for yourself. I still have a loooong way to go but seeing my clients and fellow fashion lovers fall in love with my work motivates me to work even harder. Während dem Schlaf erneuert sich der Körper, wir bauen Muskel auf, produzieren Leptin (Sättigungshormon)
Wie erkennen wir also ob wir gut oder schlecht schlafen?
1️⃣Du solltest spätestens 15 Minuten nachdem du dich schlafen legst einschlafen können.
2️⃣Du solltest nicht mehrmals Mitten in der Nacht aufwachen.
3️⃣Du solltest dich in der Früh energiegeladen fühlen
➡️In der Früh mit dem Aufstehen zu kämpfen ist vielleicht für viele von uns üblich, aber es ist definitiv nicht normal oder auf Dauer gesund.
Da aber 99% unserer Bevölkerung generell zu kurz oder schlecht schläft sehen wir das als normal an. Wir haben vergessen wie sich qualitativ hochwertiger Schlaf wirklich (vor allem am nächsten Tag) anfühlt.
Das ist der Grund dafür, dass wir meist übermüdet sind und wenig Energie haben. Das sind nur wenige der vielen Auswirkungen. Kommen noch andere Lebensumstände hinzu verschlimmert sich das Ganze.

During sleep our body regenerates, we build muscle, produce Leptin (satiety hormone).
How do we spot good quality sleep?
1️⃣You should be able to fall asleep within 15 min after going to bed.
2️⃣You should‘t be waking up through the night
3️⃣You should be waking up with energized the next morning
➡️Fighting with getting up may be common for most of us, but it’s definately not normal and unhealthy over a longer period.
99% of today’s population has poor sleep, that’s why we think it’s normal and forgot how good sleep quality really feels. Especially the next day.
Because of poor sleep we feel tired and are lacking energy. Those are just a few of the many negative effects. Combined with other situations in life (stress, diet) the effects can get worse.

Happy Friday all!! This morning I’ll be working from home with a wonderful client helping her take action towards achieving her goals. I’d like to say this is my work space but for now I can only dream as I can’t even get near my own desk with my office is being used as storage during renovations. Instead I’ll find the least cluttered spot, which is not easy right now, and all will be good. That’s the beauty of my job, it doesn’t matter where in the world I am, as long as I have a laptop and wi-fi I get to help women smash their goals and live their best lives.
