⭐⭐ It is a proven fact that butt photos get 97.8% more engagement than regular photos.
And that was a lie. But I want to talk about self confidence for a moment.. it isn't something I've always had and it certainly isn't something I always have!
I don't always put 100% in at the gym and I don't eat clean all of the time, despite this I've been kicking ass in the gym, looking after my babies and working on my business.
The confidence I'm feeling recently has shot through the roof, I train because I love it and I eat well because I love my body, it gave me two beautiful babes and I'm treating it well because I want it to serve me well.
Being strong gives me confidence, I have fat that I want to lose and i have muscles that I want to build so that's what I'm doing but I'm doing it at my own pace - I no longer look at myself in the mirror and hate what I see, I remember how hard I'm working and I remember who is always watching me 👫 .

SALADS, SMOOTHIES, GRANOLA BARS, VEGETABLE CRISPS. All the epitome of healthy living, right? So many things these days are marketed as the "better" option, the option to choose for "healthy people".
Often, choosing the Salad, or Smoothie can be healthier in many regards. It's just also great to be mindful that sometimes, the Salad or the Smoothie option may have sneaky added ingredients or in this case, be MORE in calories and higher in fat.
At the end of the day, to lose weight or gain weight, your body needs a calorie deficit or surplus, so along with making the "HEALTHIER CHOICES", being mindful of calories & macros could really help too.
This post in no regards recommends 3 or even 1 Burger King 🍔as part of a healthy lifestyle. This post is highlighting that the salad may not be as "HEALTHY" as you (we all) thought or were led to believe by amazing million pound marketing budgets👌🏼👌🏼⠀

3. Throw your damn scale away!! Start focusing on how you FEEL, how your clothes are fitting, and your strength in the gym. Trust me, you’ll start to enjoy your fitness journey a lot more!! (Now wouldn’t that be more fun??)

Got home from work and had too much energy to just chill, so I went and trained triceps and biceps with a lil bit of shoulders. Was only about 30 minutes but anything is better than nothing!💪🏽 #armday
Bought some dumbbells and a kettlebell so I can start working out and continue doing my physical rehab at home, since I still have not figured out a gym plan 💪🏻
Simple Glute Exercises That Are Not Squats
1. Swiss Ball Hip Raise And Leg Curl
Lie face-up on the floor and place your lower legs and heels on a Swiss ball.
Push your hips up so your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
Pull your heels toward you and roll the ball as close to your butt as possible.
Pause for 1-2 seconds then reverse the motion by rolling the ball back until your body is in a straight line.
Lower your hips back to the floor and repeat.
2. Dumbbell Step-Up
Grab a pair of dumbbells and hold them at arm’s lengths at your sides.
Stand in front of a bench or step and place your left foot firmly on the step. Your knee should be bent at 90 degrees.
Press your left heel into the step and push your body up until your left leg is straight and you’re standing on one leg on the bench. Your right foot should be elevated.
Lower back down until your root foot touches the floor.
Do 10 reps with your left leg then switch to your right leg for 10 reps. Do 3 sets. .

Swipe left for video. As usual, execution is key when it comes to getting the glutes engaged and use them as the prime movers. The Single Leg Squat movement pattern is my favourite glute movement to elicit passive tension. Remember that what matters is how muscles behave internally. Follow what is described at the pic. Use your glutes to extend the hip. Get your foot and knee as two fixed points (support and rotation) that act as a sort of “bracing” to allow the glutes to contract and extend the hip. As a consequence, the knee will extend, but never think to push the ground or extend the knee or stand up. This will create a pattern where the quad will be the main muscle involved. Don’t lead with the chest, lead with the hip. If doing correctly, you will feel a surprising and significant glute sensation/pump,
not a quad pump. You won’t be able to lift the same weight as with the conventional technique. The rest of the “guidelines” should be familiar for most of you. Videos show different exercises applying the same execution

It’s called: Posing for the Camera 📷. Sometimes, we put ourselves in a position where we look like one thing, but in reality , we look completely different. This is why I’m sharing a relaxed vs. posing & a relaxed vs. flexed pic with you. (With no filter) In the first set of pics, you can see that I am well relaxed & then BAM! My posing changes my whole outlook on my body. In the second set of pics, you can tell that my booty is in a relaxed position, & then BAM! You can faintly see that nice little define line on the side of my glute. We all know that camera angles work WONDERS (and filters, can’t forget the filters) to make us look like something we aren’t, & to help boost our confidence to feel less insecure about how we really look. Or maybe we are the full package, maybe it just adds some UMPF to your picture. We all know that in the world of fitness, it’s great to take before and after pics to see how much we’ve improved. There’s always a giant difference. However, sometimes we can get a little carried away with the camera angles, filters, and such. Don’t get me wrong, posing for pics is quite fun because you can pose in ways you thought your body could never do. You can add some variety to your social media account & we all know that filters are just fun. But, Sometimes we have to take a breather to remember who we truly are , & to truly love our bodies for what they actually look like. Don’t let the camera angles & filters get to your head. They interfere with natural beauty.
