“To my mind, there is nothing worse than reaching the end of your life and knowing you are responsible for hatred or division. I’ve heard it said that we’re born with the faces God gave us but we end up with the faces we deserve. At the end of my life, the only thing that will later to me is whether or not I was a good person. A loving person. An addition to this life - not a subtraction. Someone who experienced life fully, who lived her truth, who loved life, and the earth, and had a positive impact on the world. I hope my own face someday reflects all of these intentions. My dad used to tell me that at the end of the day, when I put my head on my pillow, I needed to be able to live with every choice I made so I could sleep through the night and wake up in the morning feeling good about myself” @gisele.
Gisele Bundchen just launched her book, Lessons:: My path to a meaningful life. And it’s BRILLIANT. She says, “In this book I’ve laid out the lessons that have helped me live a more conscious and joyful life, inspired me to overcome challenges I’ve faced over the years, and given me a deeper understandingly myself and the world. I hope they will help you, too”. SO MANY nuggets of wisdom. It’s one of those can’t put down books. Im so in love 💫✨🌙 ::
