This is a body that I’m comfortable with. I feel semi lean, strong, have good endurance, and can preform the way I want. I fit into my clothes comfortably and how I appear proportionally. I’m enjoying foods, carbs, cardio, lifting light and heavy. This is heathy living. I’m still going to strive for better but you have to enjoy the journey. So here I am, not flexing, living in my skin.
Here’s literally every working set I did today. 🤓 I know it’s excessive footage but I’m making tweaks to both squats and bench so I want to see what feels good and what doesn’t. Today squats felt like absolute M O N E Y and bench felt meh but my form was competition legal lol.
First video is a rep PR I’m purdy sure. Low bar double @ 107.5kg. 🎉
Second, third, fourth, and fifth videos are low bar 4x4 @ 95kg.
Sixth, seventh, eighth, and ninth videos are bench 4x6 @ 50kg.
Holy wow on that squat PR. Holy WUAW, y’all. Squats are feeling good. I can’t believe I’m typing that. They feel GOOD. Bench was odd today. My arch was clearly minimal (lmao at this being my minimal arch. I am officially a broken back cheater). I felt my presses in my arms and shoulders more than my lats and chest. Regardless, I paid a lot of attention to where I placed my feet and... tada! planted butt and stapled heels! That’s progress! Really pleased as punch today. Gosh. What a nice day!
