I don't even know what to call this. All I know is that it's one of my go to exercises for my hammies, with the added bonus of my glutes 😌.

Don’t worry, no more ‘*insert action here* into the weekend like’ or any of that garbage (although I’m sure we’ve all been guilty). We hear it all the time, and it don’t mean squat (‘scuse the pun😄). Who waits all week for Friday before they can start enjoying themselves?

When I'm not in comp prep I don't punish myself for giving myself any breathing space with my dieting or my workout regime. In life you always have to be grateful, even when a piece of cake presents itself in front of you, because they may be a time when you will never be able to enjoy life again.
I came from a war zone where food was scarse so I understand what it is like to starve majority of the time. In saying that I do chose to not go crazy as my health plays an important roll in my daily life and I appreciate it more than junk food; therefore I chose to fuel it with healthier options. Moral of the story; develop a healthy relationship with food so you don't have to feel quilt.
But definitely looking forward to getting back into prep, my desire for my competitive side to come out is driving my decisions now 😋😉😎
