I’ve been training CrossFit 4 days a week for over a month now. I’m addicted. I love lifting weights. The amount of revelations I’ve had regarding proper exercise and training horses is insane. Also, being a strong woman gives me this untapped, ferocious energy. .
When a rider has a physical ritual in order to develop their riding, they are working through the same range of motion demands as they would in the saddle without the impact. I see it as developing myself before I start developing horses. I’m driven by that attention to detail. .
If I’m putting myself through all this, what’s the end goal? Right now my end goal is being a 1.45m show jumping competitor. When I have to push myself to get a workout done, that’s where I picture myself. In the irons. .
It’s almost New Years! Will you be making any fitness resolutions in 2019?

Decided to end my upper body day by trying another one of @justtrain
’s workouts. 4 sets, 1 minute each move. When it comes to workout ideas, he’s def my top 3 favs. ❤️💪🏽
Didn’t have a box or bars for the pushup exercise but it’s okay! 🙈 Highly recommend you guys to try this the next time you train your core. You’ll DEFINITELY feel the burn. 🔥 #JustTrain
I did not want to workout today
I ate like crap over the weekend (which is okay, I mean, I’m not proud of it but you have to enjoy the foods you love in moderation) & I drank more than usual over the weekend as well
I was tired today, irritable because I was tired, and just wanted to go to bed after eating dinner
As tired as I felt, I pushed through. 47 minutes later and the workout was done. Now I can go about the rest of my evening and relax
I begged the challengers in our group to make sure I worked out tonight; to remind me that I’m stronger than my excuses and that my body needs this workout more than I think
I didn’t just do this workout for myself; but for them 💜 The old me wouldn’t have cared. The old me would have catered to my excuses and not get the workout done. The old me wouldn’t recognize the importance of those 47 minutes in terms of what that workout could do for my mind and body
I’m not only proud of my mental and physical transformations over the last few months, but also my ability to keep myself accountable and to push those excuses out of the way - something that was impossible to me before. If I can do it, so can you! I believe in you and WE CAN DO HARD THINGS 💪🏻

It’s easy for others and myself to say this but, in reality it’s harder than it sounds. Our minds are masters at playing tricks on us. Sometimes, scratch that, most times we are our own worst enemy. Letting other people’s opinions rule our life. We let it effect how we think, feel, what we do or say. It shouldn’t be like that.
What has really helped me get past this hurdle or get better at changing my thinking is surrounding myself with good people. I cannot stress this ENOUGH!
This is crucial!! The minute you stop letting strangers and people that don’t even know you run your life, you then realize how much you let it affect you before.
Keep your head up and listen to your heart, always.

Not the most shredded, not the most muscular, doesnt have the roundest glutes, the most capped shoulders,but does have the drive to grow, does have the ethic to keep pushing when I dont want to, the passion to change. I am just a girl who is loving training,grinding, cereal, froyo and most of all growing.

I am not the same person as I was back then, and for all the right reasons. I love myself now and am learning to love myself at every part of this journey called life. It's such a beautiful thing to learn to embrace who you are.

Off season does the body good. Still learning to love myself and be comfortable with the changes and not beat myself up when I go "off track"( this happened last night when I caved and ate the cereal and icecream) This is an every day process and each day it becomes easier.
What also helps is the right outfit 😁 these pants (I have in every color ☺ ) are so comfortable and complement my off season curves, paired with the bra, you are sure to feel your best. .
